generally past that time you can’t really film much other than police stations uh hotels and the these 24-hour distribution places like Amazon Amazon’s always working all night so we’re going to set the company he’s not obviously he needs to be here from a security perspective but I think that from our here is your safety like that’s my main concern I can go I can go over there if you want go that payment there kind of make you feel safe though I think um that was the bulk of our cars leaving so we kind of should be okay but then as you can see down here we’ve got a few more coming up here busy is it yeah it’s really really busy um you said one of the busiest as in at busier V locations in London we’ve got a couple we’ve got one here oh in London yeah yeah one down the so yeah they’re everywhere aren’t they now they are that’s howon that’s how we kind of uh get our Parcels out there so it’s quite good yeah I always ordered Amazon to be fair so I didn’t come to like try and piss you off no no no cuz i r on you guys appreciate if there’s anything we can help with let us know sometimes we do get customers coming here and obviously from a warehouse perspective we don’t directly deal with the customers as such so around that yeah exactly the team don’t kind of have access to the customer information stuff so they really um uh interact on that level but if there was any kind of questions around your Parcels let us know but otherwise yeah so it’s only you don’t have a reception here for people to walk into no we have a reception so it’s around the corner and just there for but if you yeah if you’re a customer we would just kind of give you the right advice around customer services such the warehouse team wouldn’t necessarily be able to give you the answers that you’re after in terms of your parcel the specifics of your parcel 24 hours isn’t it pretty much there there are thereabouts yeah yeah we are yeah yeah 2 hour open yeah it’s open 24 isn’t it we’re not dispatching 24 hours but we open 24 hours was was that daytime only or do you have like a last one going out we uh tend to have um throughout the morning and the afternoon as such but the times do vary and change so now everyone’s going out will that be the last one for the day this will be no we’ll have more really yeah yeah so is that like the up until 10: p.m. delivery is that the I think so yeah that’ll be what they’re doing now such but yeah I believe so so oh I can’t tell you EX what delivery process this is but this is our busy no just curious how Amazon works I get deliveries at 10:00 occasionally yeah so they all connect to a different kind of ordering right but I’m not sure oh that’s great but if you are going to be here not a problem just make sure you’re kind of safe drone he’s taking a photo of me so all I wanted to say is yes how do I get a copy of it I’m not too sure we’re not the right person we’re not the right people to find to ask this do if you email our press office at press office Amazon they’ll be able to respond all we can ask you to do it’s not the Press office though like you know your CCTV it will be it’ll be data controller they will be able to tell you they’ll be able they’ll point you in the right direction my concern is a lot of people do this they take photos on the phone yeah data controller contacts the employee I don’t know who it is and he might delete it it could be his personal phone like we said we can’t answer any of the questions all we can do is guide you to our press service and all we can ask you to do is just one it the problem is I was I would have been gone by now sure but taking photos on personal phones at work but we not good you could go and speak to him and ask him whether it’s his work phone or personal phone of course you can if it’s his work phone all he needs to be told is to retain it so that when I request a copy it’s available all I’m going to ask you to do is can you please step off the premise stand over there right now I was more than fair before right now unless you deal with this I’m going nowhere all I need is just you to say I’ve spoke to him and it’s his work phone but hopefully it is I can’t say fine he needs to be told to keep it sure all I can say right now is what I’ve said are you in charge or no we’re not the right people which is why we’re trying to give the right contact yeah but all you need the main concern that I had which is the same concern as earlier is that we’re not we’re obviously dispatching and busy your operation you just want to make sure that you’re safe more than safe so what are my prefence that you do over there so that I was over there but now I’m here because of his unprofessional taking the photo on the phone okay sure so I need to deal with that right cuz I’m going to remain in this spot here until it’s dealt with yeah okay all right I’m going to leave you to it um again for your safety please if it’s not dealt with I I’ll be coming in to deal with it so please try and deal with it I don’t want to come in yes but there’s an issue going on with my personal data right fine no issue with the photo no issue with the photo I’m videoing today I’m doing the same thing but how do I get a copy of it I don’t know what happens is I’ll tell you what happens right people do this I email the company and say oh there’s a photo been taken of me can I get a copy so what we do we check places follow the rules right we audit them we sure you know what it is and they go oh we spoke to the member of stuff he he denied it yeah of course unless it’s dealt with now I’ve got no evidence that it was even done I think that we’re the direction that we can just give is the contact that you need to reach out to haven’t got any other can you just tell him to keep the photo if he took one no why because there’s a direction to contact somebody should you wish to um yeah but that’s for your CCTV which is obviously by law you have to keep that but his personal phone or it could be his work phone I don’t know we’re not the right people to speak to we’re just we’ve given you the email please contact them they’ll be able to assist you but you know they won’t they will they will okay so how do I how do I know who that is what what do I say a guy in a yellow jacket you tell them what happened they’ll be able to tell you exactly the steps you need to take and they’re going to want to know who it was sure I don’t know who it is well you just need to tell them what’s happened they’ll tell you what first name they’ll come to us and then we’ll deal with it we can’t tell you what to do right now so this is not professional I’m sorry your colleague was very professional before your colleague here very very that’s why went over
