Which cycling shoe would you recommend for a beginner? (SPD)

Hi, y’all!

I am looking for my first cycling shoe featuring the SPD Cleat System. Up until now I used the flat side of my shimano pedal with normal sneakers but I’d like to try out some more serious cycling shoe.

Here are my options:

• Shimano SH-XC300 MTB Standard
• Shimano SH-XC100 MTB
• Shimano SH-XC502 MTB Wide

Which out of these would you recommend to a beginner, who does recreational rides?
