Driving recklessly like this is potentially putting yourself & the public at risk, luckily no one got hurt with this guys bad driving.

Looks like he might be doing hot food delivery. He's probably struggling to earn minimum wage and paid per delivery and hence the rush.
Lots of them do so much worse than this, but if you're going to criticise them I thought some context aught to be taken into consideration.
