We set out on a 13 day, 600 mile cycle adventure in late September 2022. Our route started on the east coast or Northumberland at Cambois, where we travelled along national cycle routes 10 & 72 to Hexham on the first day. Subsequent days took us further west to Carlisle and then into Scotland, traveling west along the Solway coastline. Then turning towards Ayr via the long slow climbs of Galloway and Maybole before arriving in Ayr. Heading inland towards Glasgow, the Kelpies and Edinburgh. Striking south from Edinburgh to Innerleithen and back to the English border town of Norham. Then onto our final stages of Seahouses on the Northumbrian east coast and Cambois.
    Our final destination.
