not everybody is aware that this is uh this is how it works because we learn from a young age that we start in the morning at 8 or something but maybe you can fiddle around a little bit if that’s uh if that’s possible within your organization okay and can we please get normal about human biology we are half the population we should be able to talk about this uh we should be a able to talk about the ups and downs that come with it so I um I’m really happy that I get the opportunity to open up this this discussion here and maybe it makes you feel a little bit icky which is okay that’s okay um chapter six of Macy’s book is fully uh focusing on the clitorus if you like clitorus SES read that chapter and do all of our women a favor okay I like to end with a nice little story um these are my three biggest male allies uh the man up there is my Expo we might recognize from the first slides the Dr the Dr Drone first of him um he is the reason I am able to stand here today because he’s taking care of all the household things that that need to be done he’s the biggest feminist I know uh in more than one uh senten and he’s always there to support me and uh um in my career and everything that I need um and he’s also giving presentation about how to be a better male Ally in it uh and I’m really grateful because I’m sick and tired of talking about that so I’m really happy that he took it up uh the one of there is my big brother I also told you about him I ride a motorbike because he T me to I I became a drummer because he told me to I became an IT nerd because he told me to and told me when I was very young he’s AG seven years older than I am Nancy don’t let ever anybody tell you that you cannot do something because you’re a girl so he’s one of my my biggest allies and here it’s my dad um my dad’s created playgrounds so he made playgrounds all over the Netherlands and children today are still playing on his work and I am a building on his I am building on his work um he taught me how to weld he taught me how to fix my he taught me how to fix my bike he taught me everything that I need to know to uh be a proper human being and take care of myself and um uh unfortunately he’s not there anymore but his work still is which is a great legacy um he’s always there with me this morning I was in the in the trim and I saw uh 90 on a backpack of a little girl in said 1947 and it’s at girl boss in 1947 is the birth year of my of my father so I was like oh yes so um I’m finally please to other men in the room uh try and help to if we want to scale if we want more proper it talents be a male Ally because I wouldn’t be standing here if it w weren’t for these School guys so thank you so much
