at G3 motor auctions just recently and we’ve seen that in a previous video if you haven’t checked that out you can check it out at the end screen or in the link description now I had too much content I filmed that day and obiously bided on lots more Vehicles than what was shown in the previous video so I thought i’ basically round this up into another video for you so you can see what else happened on that day what cars were going through the sale room and actually some real interesting things went through including some real big lumps that I thought were really really cheap so anyway let’s check out this auction video see if I want any more cars on that trip to G3 now just a quick word of warning this has been filmed over two lanes so at G3 they have two lanes operate the same time so you do get a bit interference or noise back into two as I’m trying to move to one lane to the other so I do apologize if there’s any sort of noise in the background I have tried to limit it okay so another auction video is concluding included let’s have a quick round up about what we’ve just seen at G3 now first of all on the buying front although I did try really hard to try and bid on some vehicles in that sale didn’t manage to Come Away with any more Vehicles so on the day I actually finished on three vehicles which you can see I bought in the previous video I didn’t get any more on that day I’m afraid however we did try our hardest to try and buy some cars and there was some definitely some Bargains in there although it wasn’t really the sort of stuff that I was after on that day I was more trying to buy some more the smaller stuff or the family cars like I said I managed to get what I wanted juk a cash Kai and also a little Cleo as well a new shaped Cleo which I was quite happy with now I did try really hard to buy that Chevrolet Cruise I actually quite like those those of you who don’t know they actually are basically boxall Astra they base on an Astra to sort of rebadge the chevolet I actually think they look quite a nice vehicle compared to the Astra and they’re a bit more simplistic as well you know none of the nonsense of the sort of later stuff you get on the astras the Astra JS and stuff it’s a bit more simplistic less things to go wrong on them usually just sort of five-speed manual petrol ones are quite good I’ve sold the a few of them since I’ve been at the car pitch I’ve done really really well out of them and You’ almost get the same money as you would do for an Astra and they say just look a little bit of a better car and they usually quite well speced as well I had sort of two95 in me head that car it was about 60-ish th000 miles as a retail car and a 13 plate I thought that would have peed out the door straight away at that level but unfortunately 1750 quid it finished up at T you from the fees on delivery then you’re going a bit of prep on it it’s not leaving too much there and I already bought some cars anyway so I decided just to keep away from it and I was already paying over book by that level as well started quite low and I thought I might have a chance but the other guy been against me was me and him really on the car we went sort of toe-to-toe of it eventually he sort of decided to pay more for it than I could did notice the small stuff today was doing really strong money with little entry stuff your Fiesta stuff like that the couple of fabul I’ve been bidding on who saw one in this video as well really struggled to buy that sort of stuff unfortunately but the other stuff that was doing not too well was the uh the bigger lumpy stuff you sort of your Range Rovers your Audi some of the Merks the Estates we saw the Audi estate the mer States I thought some of them were actually really cheap actually now a lot of this to do with the fact big lumpy diesel engines big road tax big running cost now a lot of people are sort of shine away from that and they’re not great sellers really but they do offer excellent value and occasionally you do look at them and think well surely there’s some big profits in those now I don’t really sell that type of stuff really I will trade it on but I’m not really a big retail of that sort of bigger engine stuff because it just usually is a lot of headaches to be honest and they’re really expensive to fix but occasionally I will buy the ob one the one I actually thought I thought was really cheap and it just shows to show how much these cars have come down but that late Range Rover Sport at the end that 13 plate Range Rover Sport that was last of that shape yes it had a bit of miles on it 117 foul but it was really really clean and a good color I’ve just sold the wife SW which is about three years older than that same shape 3 liter diesel similar miles and we got about 3500 quid for it a private sale we might have got a bit more on on a good day but that was pretty much it on a 13 play and that was only a few hundred pound dearer and a lot nicer better spec car I thought that was good value it looked like sort of five grand car to me you would get for that on a private market and I do always get tempted to try and buy that stuff but you just really have to rule your your head not your heart with those type of vehicles anyway it was a cracking day at G3 and I’d love to know your thoughts and comments on that auction what did you see there
