so with the Revy 18 there’s a few ways that you can charge the bike now people have been asking how to charge it so we thought we’ do a quick video explaining it so we don’t have to keep repeatedly answering the same questions online now um if you come down and look at the Revy underneath the frame you’ve got a little cover that goes over your charging port so that’s spring loaded which stops water and deis getting in there so the first way to charge your bike is by plugging charger directly into the bike now we’ll get your charger out and I’ll show you that so if you just take the end of your charger pull down the cover and pop that in and then what we’ll do is we’ll get the other end and we’ll plug that into the wall or the extension lead in this case and what you’re looking for is a red light on the charger there when the bik’s charged that will turn green and you’ll be ready to go so the next way to charge the bike is by removing the battery now as we said in the previous video the great thing about all rivie bikes is that you can remove the battery swap it for a new one and basically stay out all day long now what to do is flip the bike over on it on its um on its back you’ll take off these two toggles which are just thumb screws into the frame all you need to do is then pull this lever slide your battery out as you can see at the end you’ve got your charging port there so all you will do is grab the end of your charger and plug it straight into your battery like that as you can see the charger will then turn red again as you can see we’ve got two batteries here these will just fit easily in a rook sack these are 140 for the spare batteries you can just slide a new battery in whilst your Old One’s charging and Away you go again so once your batter is charged then all you do is slide it back into your bike from the bottom up that’ll click into place and then just reinstall your um battery cover with the two screws provided that’s the battery all installed back in there so now the bike’s ready to go again all you need to do is flip it back on its top fli flip it back up and you’re ready to go so we understand that not every parent who has a kid that really wants to get a bike understands everything about them if you’d like any help or advice with choosing a bike or how to do things on a bike then please get in touch as team we’re always happy to help view the website give us a message or give us a call on 0330 311 0854
