Heavily dependent on your local market. I wouldn’t pay more than $250 for this though.

Honestly, with that frankenstem, any buyer is going to have to calculate in a new stem and probably a trip to the bike shop to install.
List for $250, take first cash offer

Old road bikes aren’t usually worth much even in the best conditions unless they are collectors items like vintage steel or something. This one being an aluminum giant probably isn’t going to be worth much. I’d list it for $100 and if someone offers you $50, take it.

Agree on $250 max

Kind of a weird to say this, but you might want to swap the stem for something more conventional. I know it’s original for that bike, but it’s a terrible stem, flexible and ugly.
The appropriate stem will have a 22.2mm quill and probably 26.0 bar clamp.

Yep find an old quill stem and switch that horrible one out and list for $100. Someone will buy it just for the saddle.
