8 penalty points is an unusual award – it’s for more than phone driving. My thinking is that this is a driver without insurance, and that that is perhaps why he was so quiet and so wide-eyed.

It’s a modern day scourge drives me mad how irresponsible people are
If no insurance as well, then no excuse x2. It’s like having a sticker on your car, saying “I’m guilty”!!! These drivers do not deserve the privilege of a licence. Another idiot off the road. Well done Mikey 👍👍👍
If you don't want the 6 points to affect your insurance, just don't have insurance
8 points, driving in London, might as well hang the keys up now. ££££
Sneaky driver trying to hide the phone and did not interact , may be he no insurance ?
He said nothing just gave you that awful stare. I wonder what he was thinking.
Well with that fat wallet in his jeans pocket he'll be able to pay the fine, but he'll probably need an oyster card for public transport.
Date of last V5C (logbook) issued 22 March 2024
Ahh the trend/scourge of Zombie brain dead mobile phone driver.. 💩💩💩💩👎👎👎👎
Driving without insurance is 6 points. That would have been 12 points and a disqualification.
I once reported a hit and run, with refusal to provide details after the driver was shown dashcam evidence of the hit, driver said ''it wasn't me driving'' – she was caught in front of her own house. Later, she tried to lie to the insurance saying I hit her (I wasn't even in the car). So that resulted in a police report on top of the insurance.
She got done for leaving the scene of an accident, attempting insurance fraud, and bonus points because the footage clearly shown she was driving without a seatbelt… Priced out of the road in one go, because that's 19 points.
You know what this is, right?
It’s a GoPro 45, the most powerful head cam in the world. One still could blow your license clean off. So the question you have to ask yourself, is do I feel lucky?
Using Facebook while driving has consequences….
Thank you Mikey! 👍
That’s 12 points isn’t it banned ?
You actually rat on these people? LOL what a bootlicking ninny plonker tosser.
Nice effective work mikey..so swift he was speechless .
Fools like these are the ones who are a burden and risk to the rest of law abiding drivers.
Good work.
Wonder if this petty little troll will run into some gangster and get slotted.
Whats with the snitching
I wonder why we even have the phone ,driving law. It's just got much worse.Dodging idiots everywhere ,if it's not driving they walk right into to or expect everyone to move out of their way.
How come u never do this around pubs where its highly likely people will be driving home drunk?
