okay to move on that not filming I don’t understand that filing where on the dock am I on the docks so welcome back to the channel guys today we’re here in Gillingham an me4 post code taking a look at chattam docks chatam docks 3 hours it took to get here from Leicester oh bar and near came down on the van then he’s reversing he went too far oh look no filming or photography well of course that means on the Docks but right just here where we are we’re on the footway of the public highway looks very nice around here look at all them new developments popping up alongside the dock security passes to be shown no children hi there vehicle coming out and a vehicle going in maritime security stop and search in the interest of Public Safety and Security you may be required to submit yourself your baggage and your vehicle to search here smelly one that is very smelly oh look we’ve got Securus in the gate house so yeah what can we see then come here PE excuse me it’s not recording recording the can move away it’ll be all right it’ll be all right be man don’t worry yeah here riing and you’re funny you are there’s adamant no recording allowed on the docks I think he needs to learn where the docks start and where they end who are you you don’t know me no okay there move on why is that not filming I don’t understand it’s not filming where on the docks am I on the [Music] docks filming yeah where though off a sub yeah where where does it mean are you sure so if I stand here I’m not allowed to film from here or on there well a do property AR where does it end the dock property [Music] SP where are you pointing to you want to film you can film over there what past the fence over there up on the key side I think I’m okay here I I don’t think I’m on the docks here I think behind your fence is on the docks I think that’s reasonable my friend yeah no I think that’ll be all right I think that’s quite reasonable behind here so yeah we’ve got a uh a permanent crane there look the stand on there but none of the cranes seem to be doing anything at the moment can’t see any movement at all he says you’re okay to film from over there I normally only do a little bit of ground footage and then I just take the drone over to get the aerial shot that’s a big part of the video that I’m making today so I’m about done with the uh the ground footage so I’m just going to take the drone over just for 10 minutes send a little drone s a little one mate Dr you like saying no don’t you you say no to everything that I’m doing today it’s all right you’re wrong that’s all on the dock property at the moment so it’s fine it’s only a little one look get good line of sight here hi so the man in security likes the word no no filming no drones unfortunately my friend we’re here to make the video and the camera and the Drone is required so that’s about all we can see from the ground I think the time has come to get David up and let’s see what this place looks like from above it’s only my ring door bell so as always we’ve checked on drone assist there are no flight restrictions in the area at all catam docks let’s have a look at you then shall we take off home Point updated so there we are up at 70 M these vles struggled to go over these little uh speed pumps here lot how weird you got the little guy in the golf Boogie just there we got my guy Mr not allowed in the gate house and then we have the access road leading down into the docks Simon Gibson got his tankers stored around here and how blue bins some sort of Waste Company just tell that it’s a nice size isn’t it so it’s on the phone to I think he said Darren so I don’t think that’s the last we’re going to hear from security we have a vessel here yeah let’s go and have a quick look at that you don’t see that every day do you it’s been dismantled a little bit just a little bit wow look at that wreck let’s keep going down see what else we can see lots of M all here and even more rebar in there they’ve got their own little barrier they have yeah loads of Steel in that yard more new developments overlooking the docks very [Music] nice and then it continues over in this Direction Where We have a Woodyard it seems these heavy bulky things arriving on the boats getting offloaded stored at the Docks keeps the traffic off the roads then it but lots and lots of empty space around here and it continues all the way down there until you get more new developments those colorful Maude reach hes down there look this area seems quite busy down here let’s have a quick look at what’s going on down here shall we looks like they’re actually building them just here that one’s on a platform of its own and there’s one inside there as [Music] well in a little dry dock some sort of ship Builders down here you not had people flying drones over here before then mate no there’s loads to see perfect place for it really this is where the vessels enter the docks look we very deep there and as they come in the locks open up and they get into this closed off area with it looking so nice of course it’s the ideal place to build these things imagine the view from up there yeah it’s very nice so we’ll just pan around whilst we’re up at 120 M and we’ll just show people what’s around Max altitude reached got a marina River there we’ll have a quick look at that before we go so that is about as near as we can get to the marina very nice and once again overlooked by all these new homes these new developments and that’s probably a hotel yeah very nice very nice indeed so we’ll get nice and high we’ll get the whole site in one shot do a 360° photo for Google Maps and then we’ll see where the video takes us next because security is still on the phone the whole site in one shot why you trying to get me into trouble on the phone all this after R back cools proper SU I have no adjust to fly the the the Drone but up up the round Bel you do it from there yeah if I do it here I’ve got better line of no you can’t but it’s p property right okay that’s reasonable isn’t it um well I just need evidence really that you’re telling me the truth because if I’m this side of your restriction well not that me find in the police I don’t want to do that I don’t want to do that if you’re going to be reasonable more than me welcome to fly a drone out there yeah okay well well actually the Drone footage is complete so I’m just bringing it back but thank you anyway M just to clarify do you know where the railings are just there where the block Paving is you okay for me to film the docks from there yeah um not really but on is that your property though over there yeah what that block Paving area yeah it’s all it’s all yeah no kidding you up and the round yeah all along here still but what about the occupants not even they can take photos of the docks don’t make sense I can’t do much about that really I think yeah what about when people do it from here though same thing ain’t it did you mean when you says no filming on the docks did you mean like if you caught them filming on the docks I find just fil so what’s the clarification then that you got was it no filming when you’re on the docks or no filming while you’re off the docks into you can’t film it into the docks what am I going to do with all the footage that I’ve taken then of in the docks I want to put it on YouTube you see but I don’t want to get in trouble as long as surely as long as I’m not on the docks cuz that’s the security area is it so any footage taken from the outside looking in I can post on YouTube yeah right thank you cheers there we go we got there in the end as long as you’re not inside their restricted area then you can take the photos and publish whatever you want now you can also take the photos and publish whatever you want when you’re on the inside but if they catch you you’ll be ejected and that’s as far as their power goes they cannot Ash you well they they cannot force you to delete it and they cannot stop you from uploading it all they can do is Ash you to leave and it absolutely stinks around here you you’ve got some sort of Outlet there does look clean but that smell just smells like a a local sewage plant treatment plant is discharging into this area with all these new apartments yeah having to smell that so Point proven another security guard educated I believe next time he sees people filming and flying the Drone he’ll be a little bit more tolerant so we’ll just hide a key ring and then we’ll move on so the location of the DJ audits key ring on this video is just there look entered this area on the public highway there look I think that’s a school or a college on the left there is a little sign there saying chatam docks industrial estate nothing to say um no Public Access or anything like that in fact of course public are going to be down here to use the school to access this new development here on the right hand side and just generally just come around and have a look I mean look at that sign there look cycle route public foot path all day long we’ve got no parking toway Zone but there’s no restriction to public down here and as you keep coming down the toac stays the same until we get to a restriction just here look where we was and it looks like the same guy is is also on duty on this day he didn’t let the Google car get passed and he didn’t let us get passed but Google took their photos did their lawful activity published it online no problem at all a lovely area for the public to come and have a look exercise roller skate Walky Dog anything at all anything lawful and we don’t need people like him say no go away not allow not allow but anyway I just spotted that on Google I thought that was a bit funny especially how he’s there again that
