    [Music] good morning YouTubers we are fully packed here have my nice bike there in the back a little rental car here heading out to a local uh Olympic distance Triant in Iron Man training week uh yesterday had off so a little bit rest but otherwise full training week I look forward to it just really staying in the present uh focusing on the joy of racing and just do my best as you can see it’s a little bit wet but uh it’s really no issue because it’s uh yeah it’s an easy course so it’s a two Loop swim course it’s uh yeah 1.5k swim 2 * 750 and then out on the bike 4 times 10K 40K total and then 2 times 5K run off the bike nice hard training session then a little ride after still and tomorrow straight into training [Music] [Music] speee up the we got uh 45 minutes to the race bit rainy but uh still going to be fun we got uh everything set up here don’t know too much about all the ins and outs but I’m going to check that now and uh have some fun some more cine [Applause] [Music] okay yes oh no [Music] all righty we got it all locked in the in and out so we come from this one here and we run towards my wreck I know where it is also always use some markers where it is and then yeah back out four Loops back in and run out there in the back and then uh yeah that’s it [Music] [Applause] [Music] that wasck and actually someone had a sign about [Music] [Music] go [Music] on come on M yeah that was the best ever did ranking all that stuff the way I felt in all three SP something I know I awesome yeah it was really amazing enjoyed it really had a lot of fun you know that’s something super guest I had a really good Mantra I’ve been working on with Jessie that uh stay present and Race For Joy I have to say this is the game changer also the things doing training now definitely works so it’s just fun you know just that’s supposed to be you know just feel good have fun some learnings for sure some small ones but not not not mely but in general there things clicking like position and here and shoes but was super funny to run it was like I was running and it was like a like a huge frog there just in the middle of the path like this big like oh to the stone in general just puddles up and down like a cross country kind of really fun but at the alpha f is actually really good cuz it’s so high you just run through the puddles basically but also on the bike super fun swim you know I’m not a swimmer growing up but now I’m currently becoming one because I don’t know I don’t know results anything I always leading but I just how you feel you know the ranking objective good bad now it’s good but you know how you feel how you Joy you can see I’m my ear still work man since I swim can’t hear anything I forgot probably in transition off forgot to put the shoes off was really quick but I couldn’t feel my feet at all and then I was running like on the on the shoes I felt like an elephant but uh fun shout out to aune who provides a cheap and practical way to measure your zones power based on your bike get all your thresholds your V2 Max V Max you can do it all at home on your trainer you get all your zones same for the run you can do it on the 4 meter track get all your data your zones training recommendations all you need is a ph and met track for all the arrow Geeks out there you can use Arrow data as well based on GPS they also develop their own app which you can use for that what I really like you can make simulations based on your data so the car intake you can use non Iron Man courses they have them all in there cars air data everything then you make the simulation from that and you get the overall time the speed the cars you should take based on effect and power based on weight and drag on your all time go check out Rune and let’s go back to the video so I got a little price I got to go a bit earlier B CU I still going to do another ride in the evening indoors I got a little price I got some candy a bottle holder check in bit pretty cool bottle holder I don’t know what I’m going to do with it but maybe I can put it even on mine I think I might can it maybe I don’t know but uh yeah candies SP drink huge box of candy check this out some electroly stuff pretty cool but uh yeah just going to pick up my bike now have a little SAA after best about finished child the first time I think I went to sound right after so that’s really cool amazing event anybody in Finland who probably know about it Avant Tron super amazing event really fun and although it was raining the whole time was still fun and especially run you know up down lot of flat course like across country bit slippery so you have to be a bit always a bit careful but uh amazing event get B now home [Music] [Music] Got My Sunglasses back which is amazing but uh yeah one thing I want to show you there’s only one word for it I can’t translate it but for the Germans I love my new disc it’s amazing didn’t get sponsored still love it there’s only one word for it I show you wait wait a [Music] second sound fun probably haven’t said that word since I 16 but it’s Justified so uh it was good really amazing how you how things puzzle together because I mean I haven’t done one one kilm quicker than 4 minute pace now actually and now ran a lot at 330 Pace it’s a bit up down it’s not a fast fast run course puddles up down and uh I felt like it was only in second gear I could have done this for for the full half for sure so generally I feel aerobically really good and you know this is now finishing 100K run week at the only 25 hours but next week we’re going big again but you know like in full training load and yeah you always before that’s kind of a mistake that’s something I’m also working on to like not expect things like are you’re going to be trash because it’s high intensity 2 hours not trashed so it’s uh it’s amazing I’m really happy but uh now it’s in the past and we go on the bike ride afternoon and eat and tomorrow back to work km [Music] now we got sunshine like crazy everything dry we had like storms and puddles it’s funny how it looks so I hope we got some nice footage I’ll see when I edit this but uh was a really enjoyable day I hope you guys got the Vibes a little bit and also feel like having a little race yourself something small local we sometimes forget we do those big events and they are great but those ones are also you know just around the corner you sleep on your own bed and you yeah I don’t know those things they’re easy right and we some sometimes forget ah training this training that just you know just do it it’s it’s fun enjoyable those local races I’ll do them more I think this one actually look like this is I will take as yearly like measurement Stone because of course each time is different the climate especially when it’s now raining the Run was slow and um but just like in general like how you feel and like how you perform and uh just like the objective kind of marker I do this each year the race organizer is amazing so I can highly highly highly I just met them super nice guy like a small family event kind of Paul and amazing event highly recommend for all the fs but you probably
