I need opinions on the size fitting on the tall Aerotech ‘Club Fit’ jersey. The length for the tall is great and finally feels like something fits properly in the length. The chest and waist feels like it can be tighter like their ‘Pro Fit’ jersey. How does it look? I’m 6’6” & 235lbs.

Looks far too big to me, it looks too long at the front as well. That will bunch up when you’re in a riding position.

Need to go down 1-2 sizes.

  2. I am 6’5” tall 185lbs with an inseam of only 35.5” with slightly shorter than average legs for my height and I have broad shoulders. If it helps I use their all day premiere long distance touring bib size Large Tall and Large tall in their jerseys but I’ve only tried their classic cut or classic jersey in the tall lineup. I don’t think they have an Aero fit or pro fit jersey in the tall jerseys. I have about the same amount of loose fabric as you do in the Xl tall jersey. I like the extra 2” of length on their bib straps and jerseys in the tall line but I wish some high end brands companies offered at least a one bib and one jersey option in a tall length also. At least Aerotech designs sees the massive shortfall in cycling clothing completely forgetting about tall cyclists. We might have to wear their tiny midriff jerseys but at least we don’t have to ride tiny bikes. Strange they make bikes our size but not the clothing. I am going to ask Aerotech Designs for a slim fit large tall jersey option. By the way the Large tall bibs fit me very well except the crotch area is kinda tight on your boys but it gets more comfortable after riding and sweating a bit which makes it fit better. I think you could wear the large tall jerseys just fine now but I don’t think the large bibs would fit, I assume you have the xl tall.
