A big thanks to the team, including staff, sponsors, and teammates, for making this a week to remember!

I’m perfect 5 and a half hours in the car yesterday with halor it was a beautiful trip along the fs yes and I arrived here on the train station which is actually right right outside our window woke up a few times this night um hearing the long trains passing by but that’s okay we are going to go out on a race prep session now through the last part of the first stage it’ll be really nice to check out the course what is your expectations youan I expect the good roads beautiful scenery and some long climbs I think that’s exactly what we’re going to get as as well we also received some brand new socks from our sock sponsor defeat these are the vent version the thinnest and most ventilated ones we also got the super fast defeat Evo jet socks which I look really forward to try out in the races [Music] [Applause] ah you want to have a word for the YouTube channel yeah oh I have word uh guys uh today we do the week on after our first stage and uh yeah we will see if we can do something tomorrow and uh the bikes are good yeah the bikes are good kog follow Channel as well L below so Cedric is not here no we miss him yeah I talk to him I was Artic two of Norway I do with him I talked to him this week train with him and he seems to be in better shape now so I think he’ll be ready for the summer yeah yeah I hope so we need a good guy we need another a good climber yeah we can we push you and the cameraman as well here no doubt this will be good documented on YouTube [Music] here’s the Imposter our old DS yeah now in a new team yeah you’re just coming here to because you want to join the team we’re going to beat you guys I think that may be true but yeah let’s see let’s see in the race and not standing higher on the parking just saying it we just have to see it in in the race Cedric is not here he’s at home training preparing for the rest of the season after his surgery and see more about that on his YouTube channel so now we’re going out for Recon like they are call is ready it’s quite some wind but it’s very very warm real Norwegian summer right now so that’s very nice last year in t it was I wasn’t riding last year but it was probably 5° in rain over the mountains hopefully won’t have that this year [Music] yes we are at the finish of the First Stage B Resort uh looking like a hard climb very steep at the end what do you guys think nice time Big Ring Big Ring easy wi yeah okay we’ll see you tomorrow I did some uh pre-race efforts up the climb and on the flat looking like we’re ready to race nice weather nice nature nice guys nice carbs and you have the winner there pre race done ready for some lunch it’s going to be good fueling up towards 4 days of hard stage racing going to need a lot of carbo carbohydrates so let’s go see what they have the massage team getting this stuff ready Mage team perfect team Belgium I’m here with uh my good friend and S for uh the the other team yes maybe you remember me from sakala video yes he did a very good time up there in December almost we have uh had some rest and some massage after lunch now the boys want some ice cream because it’s a really nice weather today very hot and it’s soon dinner but we just got to have something in between sure is good for the shape onon with ice cream I think my performance is dependent on having enough carbs in the system how are you feeling Chris never been yeah it’s a lot to do lot to do yeah but you like it I won’t be beaten we got a special B tape for the occasion pink Bape from Super cuss to show our support for the Norwegian counselor for foundation and especially breast cancer you have maybe also seen on a jersey we have uh the pink ribbon and um now I go all out with this uh nice looking uh Pink bar tape so new day new possibilities as they say I’m now pinning the numbers Before the Race we don’t start until 1420 so um there’s a lot of time to prepare I’ve eaten breakfast and there will be a little lunch as well before the race so we are sure to have uh the fuel sorted my sleep was okay but uh it’s quite hot uh these days it today I think it will be 27° so it will be interesting to see how that affects the race you has clearly taken the advice from my previous video if you can sit you sit and if you can lay down you lay down so normally I just lay down so now we’re going for a small lunch before we get ready for this stage see you guys getting ready for Podium presentation double glasses kind of day guys are ready as well so we’re here now preparing for the race nothing much to say but yeah bikes are looking good with a new bar tape every go is getting ready this is our home race it’s quite a lot of wind you maybe can hear that but other than that everything is perfect so see you guys later after the race [Applause] yes Yan and Matias are here with me we’re eating some um drinking milk and eating some drinking some cacao eat some dinner and dessert uh the clock is uh 10: in the evening I had to go on doping control after after a race that took 1 hour and then I had to go down get the massage and yeah it’s getting late we’re going early tomorrow um race recap 30th Place today after our two first plants went in uh into the sink as we say in norian kala was going for a GC but he fell a little bit far behind in the Pelton and DGA had some technical issues so he weren’t able to go for the stage either so I had to go for it in the last climb and fortunately a little too long a too Steep and the guys there are pretty good so 30th Place not not good not bad what can I say tomorrow what are we going to do tomorrow you want tomorrow I go for de BR or I go to help kala in the final yeah it’s a very long climb at the end tomorrow it’s very not very long it’s 6K but it’s very steep 9% average so we’ll help col today tomorrow which is our best climber and we see how that goes I see nothing for you onto you will take the victory okay go in the breakway and get 5 minutes into the last clam 10 okay 10 minutes then I’ll maybe take it see you guys tomorrow hey guys we are leing now leaving B for this time you want to I sitting in a car on our way to Oba and the start of stage two stage two will be a long day yeah a very long day today now we have a 1 and 1/2 hour drive to the start and then and then the stage is 25 kilm with a Hilltop finish yeah and also 4,000 M of elevation and then after the stage we are going to go 2 and 1 half hours to the next hotel yeah so yeah prepare for a long day a hard day I’ll see you at the start [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] okay we’re now in Stang after 2 and a half hour drive after the second stage long day in the break today had the almost 5 hours in the Breakaway with three other guys pushed really well throughout the whole day managed to hold all the way into the last climb and 1 to 2K up in the climb but uh there was nothing left in tank to hold any further honestly the pon had quite good control of us I think but it was nice uh getting to show myself off in the break today felt strong and was the last man in The Brak standing so pretty happy with that hope you guys watch this as well let me know down in the comments what you think of the stage got some uh nice sting to my legs now and we’ll see the two next days how this stage affects the rest of the race so now some dinner and some rest then we’re back at it tomorrow the wise man of Olympia is ready for today’s stage and also the clubs the club the clubs because I go to clubs because how is the clubs today chicken clubs uh the clubs are really nice yeah they’re in good shape good shape good power what’s the goal today the the goal today is to be like this in the North Sea road yeah where you that’s your favorite road in the world yeah that’s my favorite road I do all my intervals on the North Sea road every day yeah so he’s uh at home today with um his favorite bike his favorite kit and on the Sun Coast uh it’s first time I seen the sun here but uh when we arrived yes yesterday it was blue skies and full sun the whole day it was uh sky and cloudy and tomorrow it will be rain and thunder that would be nice we’re ready to race the third stage let’s get that stand from s to egun we’re going now to S which is our service course as well so we’re quite on home roads today see you [Music] n [Music] okay guys stage three is finished it was a flat stage I was not in the Breakaway today so that was uh after the plan uan was in the Breakaway got the intermediate Sprint and € 1,000 to the team that’s very nice and then also towards the end we chose that um halor and storm the two youngest and craziest guys on the team went for mprint and then this guy became number 10 how do you feel about that very good very good yeah you proud yeah super proud Anon amazing uh I did a small lead out for him but that was far from the Finish because I was over by some other lead out guy but I at least I got hwood and storm a little farther up in the road and then H could get the team’s first top 10 in this tour of nor which is a very good result so if you want you can watch the whole interview with Hal at he’s really proud of it don’t watch the interview he has said tomorrow that he will beat Alexander Kristoff so we will see about that we will go up gir saakin six times in Stang what can you say about gakin uh it’s a very steep steep climb suits Anon very well he should uh should at least be top 10 every time over the top of the climb uh yeah quite easy for him hard for us other Mortal guys but yeah enough of that fun stuff we’ll see tomorrow it will be like a good old Belgian Keras race and yeah it will be a very hard and intense and short finish of this year’s tour of Norway see you okay been a busy morning we’re in Stang ready for the last stage of T nor going to be a hectic one six local laps that’s all 120k I’ve been so lucky to have a GoPro camera on my bike today maybe I can uh talk myself to get some footage well nothing much more to say we’re ready for um the war this is going to be by far the most hectic stage and uh we have to be in front all day to just be ready for the attacks so see you on the other side I guess 3 2 one go [Applause] on the on the final St they are be [Applause] here [Applause] [Applause] you [Applause] [Music] oh my God that was a hard one oh legs were like concrete and fighting for positions all day into the hill last time gave it all was in okay position into the Pelton the Pelton caught the breakway in the end but I had no juice left in the legs to go for any Sprint so D my strong friend he was number 13 first the tour of Norway is done and dusted very nice race very cool to be racing against some of the best riders in the world we now know where the levels is at still a little way to go but yeah it’s marginal uh marginal gains to be had to be that Next Step Up So Satisfied With My Race had a fun uh fun day out in on the second day in the breakway this last day we’re just full of fans and intense racing fun and hard there’s nothing more to say really now a few weeks break before tour of Upper Austria Uber and uh then the Nationals after that so I guess I’ll see you guys then hope you enjoyed see you
