countryside of we’re more or less in the south of theen and we are going to view a property that is uh that is located a bit on in the countryside 24 hectares of of land around currently used as as a Jeet so there’s Tre jeets with it with a main house two barns and it’s yeah it’s it’s a lovely environment so it’s really an area where you can do anything it’s quite calm it’s a it’s a an area that is ideal for anything that is cycling walking everything that is nature is here and uh we’re we have everything closed so as you can see we’re we’re we seem to be in the middle of nowhere and yet we have Lio with its airport where there’s everything we have San where all the big hypermarkets are about half an hour away so yeah it’s it’s it’s the country side as as we like at the same time we’re we’re close to everything yeah I can look 360° here it’s all part of that property yeah it’s all part of it we even have a small road that goes in between it and so anything whether it is just to make sure that you have your land and you have your land between any neighbors even though there aren’t any so you could OST um horses for horses lover maybe 24 you could have 10 horses no problem absolutely horses uh even goats sheep any agricultural project that you want or just leave it as this and have it as a field so donkeys part of the property donkeys were part of the properties yeah the two the guard donkeys that we have here yeah they yeah they’re right at the entrance and indeed it’s like you said like the property is is well almost in the middle of the land so you’re really one main bigger property that is the main house attached to that we have one first Jeet that can indeed be rented out that is is a very modern uh yeah that’s the one that we see behind us which also has its own Terrace just like the main house and yeah that is indeed for for they use it as rentals basically from the period from from June to August as they don’t need to do more but obviously in in the area you could rent it out for for way longer one thing about this one is that it’s facing that part so it’s private View and you have no Visa with the the main house I mean you totally separate from it that direction is yours Terrace maybe is for the main house the one in the back you have some spaces that you could share like the swimming pool area that need every part of of of these parts they have their they could have their own private area and you could indeed plant some things in between if you really want to separate it but coming from the Jeet you don’t have the idea that there’s anybody around you at all no it’s um what is this so that’s a little building that has been converted into two sheets so at the bottom we have a first one at the top we have another one both of them have one bedroom one bathroom so perfect size for yeah indeed couples or small families yeah again mod all well insulated so those two on on gas heating the main house is separate on the wood burner so wood based central heating I have to say and um yeah it’s it’s really uh it’s it’s really nicely done so you’re not just buying a house here with the lifestyle that goes from with the countryside in France you’re buying an income as well obviously free jeets in this area which is quite tourist sck of the peror Lim National protected park right um you’re guaranteed to to fill it easily to fill them yeah and and this is already what is there so the jeets they’re basically ready to go there is really nothing that needs to be done the main house is ready to go and if you have any other activities like indeed on the land you have plenty of space on the land to develop anything if you’d want to there’s two barns in ground swimming pool if you want like it’s it’s really abolutely massive massive massive massive I don’t know what you could do there to fill itet yeah another Jeet no but it’s true actually there is the septic tanks are all conform and there’s one for the main house there’s one for the sheets and there is another one that is at the back of it that has also been found to be conformed by the by the spunk and as such everything is ready electricity is there water is there so all you have to do is plug it in and and make it into another sheet if you want to yeah wow or anything that is agricultur related that would also need a septic tank you’re ready to go so what we’ll do as we’ll have a look inside you’ll see the main house is really authentically done it’s nice touches but exposed Stone really the more authentic uh thing with with modern touches and then we have the Jets with uh each again good attention to detail leaving the beam exposed every everything and very very practical spaces but yeah rather than telling you about it maybe we should go inside okay I’m following you good let’s go wow really nice yeah that’s what I told you it’s all very nicely renovated so this is the main house everything is is floor heating so everything is a wood based Central floor yeah so kitchen area so this is a 30 squ meter kitchen so quite big large enough to uh to have a little bit of a dining area everything modern everything indeed Stone exposed beams everywhere and then we have a little dining area there in case you have family over or anything it’s all there everything is modern everything is well equipped there’s a lot of storage everywhere so yeah you really have everything you need yeah well tell me more about the the main house so the main house is 192 s m we have four bedrooms we have three bathrooms on on the first floor we have indeed a living area we have a bit of a laundry room uh toilet and and plenty of storage left and right and we have a connection with the the jet that is next door so either you can come from the outside or you can pass through the house [Music] [Music] [Music] so here we’re in the first jet so we just came into the door from uh from the main house you have a completely private area if you want like you have nice deck and and the front you have access to the Garden beautiful living room right here the kitchen uh behind us this is the biggest of the three two really high ceiling I love it yeah it’s lovely indeed they they worked into the thing that the lights are nice they have a little medine on the on the top linking the two bedrooms each bedroom has their own bathroom so you uh yeah again it’s all and sweet okay yeah beautiful place for for vacation uh the quality is the same as the main house I mean there’s no difference in the renovation super beam super material everywhere yeah it’s really a super combination between modern and the authentic touches that you would find in the region everything’s double glazing everything is well heated so here you have the central heating uh based on gas so your your heating bill will be quite a bit lowered it’s a just a nice space sometimes it just feels good doesn’t it yeah you you have the comfort of a really modern brand new house though it’s an old farmhouse with stone walls all the charm of the old houses you can expect in the countryside best of both world it is exactly that you could use it as a as a jet but if somebody needed to live here whole year round I would they could easily do oh would I would be happy to live here all my friends coming you could easily spend the winter here You’ be very comfortable beautiful exterior freet you need an exterior like that of course you do so with 24 hectar lots and lots of space to do whatever you want really and total privacy and total privacy and especially here around the swimming pool limited it off with Hedges so you’re really in a sort of a separate area with a Terrace with a pool with barbecue as well so you have everything you need
