Through the framing of the Nuremberg trials and eyewitness testimony of American journalist William L. Shirer, this six-part documentary series from director Joe Berlinger explores the shocking rise and fall of Hitler and his enablers who were fueled through propaganda, censorship and a campaign of antisemitism.

[troops marching] [unsettling music playing] [William L. Shirer] Adolf Hitler, and his henchmen… plunged the world into one of the most destructive wars in history. Now, those Nazi leaders were waiting trial for crimes against humanity. [Robert H. Jackson] The wrongs which we seek to condemn… [dark music playing] [Jackson] …have been so calculated… so malignant and so devastating, that civilization cannot tolerate their being ignored… [crowd shouting] Heil! [Jackson] …because it cannot survive their being repeated. [intense music playing] JEW What happened in Nazi Germany, it doesn’t happen suddenly. [woman 1] Hitler was tapping into existing feelings in the German population. [intense music continues] Evil men can convince ordinary men to do evil things. [woman 1] Hitler’s whole motivation in life was to exterminate an entire race. [woman 2] How could there be justice after that? The world we live in now seems to have forgotten many of the lessons of what happened in Nazi Germany. – [somber music playing] – [typewriter keys clacking]

1. You can tell the manipulation inthis documentary. It’s too much blame only for the lack of accountability for their own mistakes also.

3. Hello . Great documentaey film !!! Also How to become a tyran on Netflix is great !!! Congratulations !!
. but…
Where is Tito ?

Make a film abut him.

"Tito was a lover of luxury, but he does not allow it to the citizens of Yugoslavia. He drives in a Rolls-Royce given to him by Queen Elizabeth, but also in Pavelić's Mercedes. He also appropriates the ship Galeb. In fact, he lives in luxury, in a style that does not befit a Bolshevik. His lifestyle resembled that of Hitler's favorite Göring, whom he physically resembled. The court he created around him resembles the court of a Persian chess. Tito rules the country like a medieval king."-
Oliver Guez, French historian in the latest book "The Century of Dictators.

Make part 2 of How to become a tytan more episodes include Tito from Yugoslavia. He was a tyran !!!!!

Bye

Jurica from Croatia.

4. Just a question. Why aren’t the British put into question for crimes against humanity? Why just the Nazis? They were extremists too, tried to exterminate POC and slavery isn’t something that happened a long time ago. Why are the spared?
