that’s right it’s time for me to spoil the entirety of Euro 2024 for you you won’t even have to watch the tournament it’s all going down right here on rabota TV and say what you will about Adrian from rabona TV but he’s never got a prediction wrong in his life and hopefully he never will by the way that’s me I’m Adrian and you know what’s happening today just like I did with the 2022 World Cup we’re predicting everything group standings knockout rounds and the overall winner we were right in 2022 with Argentina winning it all will we be right in 2024 by predicting that I’ll spoil the tournament for you with these predictions but I will not spoil my own video in the intro all right you guys ready to get your feet wet because our reporter in the field Adrien is not ready as he claims his socks are eternally dry right Adrien that’s right I am literally standing in the shallows of a lake right now why because I can and thanks to vessie my feet are completely dry now just think to yourself for a second here you’re walking it’s a beautiful Summer’s Day the sun is shining you’re having a blast and then out of nowhere bam it begins pouring rain and now your feet are wet will be this group stage group a has the host Germany who have an incredibly strong Squad but they’ve also had incredibly strong squads in the last three international tournaments and have done poorly in all of them by their own standards it’s been a rough run of tournaments for them them two World Cup group stage exits and then losing to England in the round of 16 of the Euro but I I do think they will be better this tournament as their backline will be solid Neuer is in goal living legend of that position the Midfield is strong with gundan Cruz kimik potentially in there and then guys like musala vers sane HTS in the attack they’re going to be good Scotland have been improving under Steve Clark haven’t they Euro 2020 was a great audition for them and they carried out an extremely solid qualification campaign where they actually defeated Spain 2-0 in Scotland that’s not bad at all they will be without lisis Ferguson of bolognia which is a massive loss but there’s still a nice mix of Youth and experience in there however Switzerland are packing experience in their squad and are one of those teams that are typically made for tournament ball I say typically because their performance at the 2022 World Cup was the antithesis of that when they lost 6-1 to Portugal that was completely unexpected a total collapse from them maybe they’re missing petkovich or maybe this is sort of the end of a cycle for them still some absolute massive talents like Gran Jaa who is the double Seager right now or Yan Sumer who was collecting clean sheets for fun my only worry is the attack with Switzerland and finally there’s Hungary the Dark Horse of this group maybe the tournament that could really cause some surprises Marco Rossi has been at the helm for a few years now and he has overseen their steady Improvement well I mean they were solid at Euro 2016 as well they were a bit unlucky at Euro 2020 didn’t have Dominic soide and coming into Euro 2024 off the back of a fantastic qualification campaign they are looking better than ever with a supremely talented side soash Meyer Willie Orban Peter gashi they’ve got some good talents in there and with that in mind I think Hungary will actually pip everyone to second place with Germany finishing top Switzerland uh-oh surprise here I have them in fourth with Scotland in third will they be one of the best third place teams and Advance we will have to wait and see here it is the big bad group of death with Spain Croatia Italy and Albania the big question is do I think Italy will falter or will Croatia finally put in a poor performance for Once In Their Lives recent lives I should say these guys are always showing up at these big tournaments and doing well well for starters Spain are looking very strong it’s a shame that Gabby won’t be involved almost forgot about that poor kid anyway they still look very strong across the park and if they do roll out lamin yamala and Niko Williams on the right and left respectively then the flanks are going to be unsafe for opponents my one worry with them is the striker position as they’re choosing from aosi Perez avaro Morata who’s out of form joselu Yar Sabal coming off of a challenging season with r CAD that’s an area that could be difficult for them not as strong as previous additions Croatia as mentioned always seemed to turn up to these tournaments remember the wild match they had against Spain in Euro 2020 with Spain winning 5-3 an extra time incredibly entertaining and then they follow that up by making yet another world cup semi-final I feel as though a cycle may be ending as some of the old Guard from the 2018 World Cup run those Legends are starting to disappear and the players that are cropping up in their place haven’t fully developed yet we’ll see how they develop but again count out Croatia at your own Peril man they tend to find a way somehow some way Albania fresh off of a nice qualifying campaign in which they topped their group after going level on points with czechia like I said in my preview Albania will be a bit of an unknown quantity for me for the most part I know Aslan and c kumola and a few others in there as well but I’m more looking forward to learning about them in this tournament that said I don’t know that this learning will go past the group stage and finally Italy as I ranted about in the preview video do we think that we will see full-on splet ball with this Italian side is he a manager that can really instill his style in such a short time things have been a bit mixed with them with they just finished ahead of Ukraine on head-to-head goal difference but they’ve had some nice results as well I don’t know that I like this squad as much as I like the one from Euro 2020 as I feel like they are missing just a bit of experience missing some winners at the back with kolini and bonucci that’s big big personalities that are gone I like bastoni as a player but hey we’ll see right so I have Spain going through in first but not in an overly convincing way then Italy in second just squeaking ahead of Croatia who will be one of the top third place teams that is if they don’t go through in second which they could [Music] Group C Let’s see we have Slovenia Denmark Serbia and England right off of the bat I have England perhaps not cruising through this group but finishing at the top yes I spoiled it already but this England side is just far too packed with talent to finish anywhere else in my opinion they pretty much overpower every other side in this group and tactics come into play and while I don’t think Southgate is the top tactician in football and I don’t think his substitutions make sense all the time he clearly has the trust of the players and does well with his man management as his tournament record is quite decent should they maybe have won the last tournament considering they played all but one of their matches in London probably but credit to Italy for putting on a great tournament as well anyway those youngsters are older and more experienc now so England should be a solid team you have foden playing in his second Euros you have Cole Palmer joining them as well Jude Bellingham fresh off of winning the Champions League Denmark took England all the way in Euro 2020 actually forcing extra time where they lost thanks to a Harry kanane goal but they also shared a Nations League group not long ago the fabled Nations League group where England finished last and was relegated and Denmark went unbeaten against them I’m a big Denmark admirer enjoyer and I expect them to be very strong once again however both Serbia and Slovenia are strong as well Sylvania in particular are an interesting side as they have one of the most sought after transfer targets for a striker Benjamin sesko at the back they have one of the best goalkeepers in the world in Yan Oak I know I know not not as good as of a season from him but hey he’s still class they had some decent results lately even beating Portugal in a friendly so they have some big results in them but they also shared a qualifying group with Denmark and Drew their first match lost their second so recent history doesn’t bode well for them Serbia who we know have a ton of talent across the pitch each and every position has quality players and it’s just a question of whether dragon stovich can find that magic that he found with Serbia a few years ago ahead of their World Cup 2022 qualif ification when they were absolutely flying under him they faltered now and then comparatively but they are still an incredibly strong side that I would not be excited to take on Denmark has played Serbia three times and beat them every time even as recently as March of 20122 I’ll give Denmark The Edge to go through in second Serbia in third and Slovenia in [Music] fourth this one seems easy from the outside but there is a potential banana skin Netherlands Austria France and Poland let’s start with the banana skin Austria Ralph rangnick has come in and shaken the foundations of Austrian football in a good way from what I’ve read he’s been Fearless in his demands of the Football Association and the fact that he isn’t Austrian helps and that it cuts out the politics of player selections Etc within Austrian football on top of that he has Austria playing lovely football at times no longer sitting back scared they are now actually utilizing their talent and attacking teams they finished second to Belgium in qualifying by just a single point Poland they have a new manager since sacking Fernando Santos after just six matches and they made it into this competition via the playoffs beating Wales in a shootout there’s still Talent there it’s still the same names you know more or less from before and I don’t know that they will make it out of this group I think it will be two EUR running where they don’t make it out I like this Netherlands team I really like their backline with frong Del van djk AK ET their Midfield is strong their attack is great they have a fantastic team overall now they actually shared a qualifying group with France recently so we have some previous with these two some recent previous in fact France beat them on both occasions a heavy defeat in Paris 4-0 and a narrow defeat in the Netherlands 2-1 so it’s safe to say that as of now France is Out Of Reach for the Netherlands but they still are a very tough Squad and speaking of France what can you say about this French side once again but loads of talent and a ton of experience a ton of tournament experience together deep runs in tournaments especially when you look at this spine of players that they have but we’ll see what happens with them when it comes to the center back position really strong players such as konate and caliba but some mistake prone ones as well like OA maano in the end they’ll be fine and I expect France to go really really far in this tournament kund has a mistake in him as well but anyways I have France in first Netherland second just ahead of Austria and then Poland in last honestly wouldn’t be a huge surprise if Austria finished ahe of Netherlands somehow but I’ll keep them in third and now we have Slovakia Belgium Romania and Ukraine Ukraine are a solid team they really are as mentioned when speaking of Italy they were oh so close to qualifying directly if they could have found a winner in that draw with Italy but if I had Wheels I’d be a bicycle right so to the playoffs they went and a late comeback against Bosnia then a late winner against Iceland saw them qualify I look forward to watching them with players like Dock and yes even mudri who undoubtedly is talented but Chelsea just has been very difficult for him thus far difficult for most players honestly and he was showing signs of improvement before his injury so I’m looking forward to seeing what he can do on the international stage Romania were a shock if qualifying topping their group ahead of Switzerland by Five Points not losing a single game which was amazing to see they were so so solid defensively that’s sort of where they draw their strength from and if they can convert on the counter or from set pieces in this tournament they could be a problem for a few teams in this group defense wins championships right or at least it makes it difficult for teams that aspire to win championships Slovakia are in their third consecutive Euro and while they failed to make it out of the group last time around they are looking decent this time they gave Portugal trouble in qualifying but since then they have sort of reverted to type and lost a couple of friendlies I know they’re friendlies but what am I going to do just ignore them entirely I got a to draw from something International matches are so limited and finally Belgium under Domenico Tesco and looking great going forward the belgians wings are spooky as is the Midfield as they are supremely talented going forward right though without courtois I don’t like it at the back they seem to have a soft underbelly with their defense still seeing dudes like M and vangen God bless them in 2024 that said based on their attack they’ll finish in first in their group and then I have a shocker with Romania just edging Ukraine to Second Ukraine 3D the Final group and then we can move on to the knockout speed rounds Portugal turkey Czech Republic or czechia and Georgia Portugal I have them in first they have been incredible under Roberto Martinez though they didn’t have the most difficult qualifying group let’s be honest played 10 11 10 36 goals for and two against is still an impressive feat as they never let their guard down really now they struggled in a recent friendly against Slovenia and so I’m interested in seeing how the June friendlies go I’ve recorded this and so I don’t know how they’ve gone so far this recorded in May so we’ll see I expect a good showing I expect first place for Portugal in this group turkey the dark horses that were simply just a dark scary nightmare in Euro 2020 they were terrible one goal scored lost every match and yet they have such a talented side well The Talented side is back again maybe more talented now and they topped their qualifying group ahead of Croatia really excited to see U gulo on the world stage what an exciting player he is Georgia another playoff winner they beat Greece in a shootout to qualify for this tournament and it’s going to be nice to see kavich karelia get a chance at a major International Tournament so that was never really a guarantee with previous Georgian stars but I don’t foresee a fun tournament for these guys and finally the Czech Republic who have a few Leverkusen boys in the mix they have good old Thomas susc and basically the entire slavia and Sparta Prague sides I foresee czechia finishing in third while Georgia is in last Portugal first turkey second why did I scramble it like that it’s uh to keep you on your toes so let’s head over to the euro 2024 predictor I am using and input all of my picks if you want to do it yourself I’ll link to it below now that we’ve done that I have to rank all of the third place teams hard to do kind of a crapshoot as there are so many Dynamics at play in their respective groups but hey let’s go with Croatia Austria Serb I Scotland Ukraine and Czech Republic that means that our first round of 16 matchup Germany versus Denmark should be a great game two former Champions but I see that German crowd pushing them through Hungary versus Italy these guys shared a Nations League group recently and while Hungary has improved since then I think Italy will beat them once again they seem to have their number Spain versus Scotland Scotland got that win against Spain in Scotland Spain slapped them in Spain I think Spain will beat Scotland in Germany England versus Austria rangnick will want to prove to England that United was the problem not him but he unfortunately is far too underpowered coming up against this England team England has higher uh medoran Portugal versus Serbia the team that sent Portugal to the qualifying playoffs for 2022 World Cup Portugal is very good right now and I think they’ll deal with Serbia not easily but they’ll deal with them sort of like a uh a two-nil or something one goal early one late Netherlands and Romania end of the line for Romania I’m sorry fellas but that Netherlands attack will hurt you guys Belgium versus Croatia is a difficult one Croatia is such a tournament team but as I said in the preview I feel like they are losing power ever so slightly but hey in this hypothetical knockout round that I am predicting where we don’t know if they’ll even meet perhaps they will surprise me but I have Belgium taking this one France versus Turkey yeah sorry turkey I don’t I don’t see the Run extending France through on this one the final eight to the quarterfinals Germany versus Spain and while it will be a difficult match I think the Germans will really be up and running by this point the country will be excited Vibes will be right and they will overcome Spain that or they completely crumble but I’ll go with them overcoming Spain Portugal vers Netherlands any Dutch person will tell you that this is a nightmare matchup for them there are some countries that just have the number of the other one and Portugal consistently has the number of Netherlands and and I think Portugal will advance Belgium and France that’s a fun matchup but again I think the power of France’s attack will be too much for that creaky Belgian back line France through to the semis and England versus Italy a rematch of sorts well they’ve played a few times since Euro 2020 final and England have won two drawn one and lost one England in my opinion have a much stronger Squad than Italy at the moment England to go through I’m sorry spetti and in the semi-finals a couple of Classics Portugal versus Germany and France versus England like I was saying regarding Portugal and the Netherlands Germany just always beats Portugal it’s crazy no matter the shape of Germany like at Euro 2020 when they were a bit crap they will beat Portugal and so playing at home I think they’re going to head to the final unfortunately for uh someone like me France versus England well Harry Kane with a brutal penalty last time they met they could have been something and while I like this England side I think France is destined for the final here mbappe the hero in this one smiting his Future Real Madrid teammate Jude Bellingham pipping him to the final and so in the final Germany versus France another classic matchup Germany with the home crowd but I think that this French team after losing in 2016 after losing a final in the last World Cup you got to lose one to win one and that’s what they’ll do here another fantastic performance from mbappe and Griezmann as the hero and France are Euro
