Footage has emerged of the moments after a shooting at an east London restaurant that left a nine-year-old girl fighting for her life and three men also injured.
Video from the scene shows several people crowded around an outdoor seating area at the front of the restaurant in Hackney, while two men tend to one of the male victims.
The Metropolitan Police said the girl was shot by an attacker on a motorbike while having dinner with her family shortly after 9pm on Wednesday.

where’s this was the desperate attempt by strangers to save the lives of three men and a little girl who was shot while eating her meal the men had been sitting outside a Turkish restaurant in Hackney in East London when someone driving a motorbike came past at 9:20 p.m. and shot at them a 9-year-old girl was having dinner with her family inside and also suffered a gunshot wound and I just heard like P some sort of sound like that I thought it was a car and then there was this big crowd and I saw a man on the floor I saw a female in the chair that kind of sled out and a leg and the staff in the restaurant went to go and maybe get like um a cloth or a jacket or something and they were trying to put on a leg or put it over a leg I heard someone say oh shots have been fired and four people have been shot and one’s a child and I thought oh my goodness gracious me what if I just witnessed you know the restaurant has now become a crime scene the three men are in hospital and stable but one faces life-changing injuries while the 9-year-old girl is in a critical condition just around the corner from the restaurant the motorbik from the shooting which was stolen was discovered but police have yet to make an arrest well the High Street here continues to be cordoned off as forensic teams on their hands and knees go inch by inch trying to find any evidence related to the shooting which left a little girl fighting for her life police say they don’t yet know the motive behind this driveby shooting but a child appears to have been caught in the crossfire we do not believe that the girl and the men injured were known to each other and as with any child she was an innocent victim of the indiscriminate nature of good and crime shootings which involve children are rare but sadly this latest one has severely injured a young girl and whoever is responsible is still at large Alice Porter Sky News Hackney
