  1. Thanks for the video. I have started a channel too for teaching Albanian language, culture and traditions to English speakers. Feel free to check it out:)

  2. It’s absolutely one of the most beautiful countries. Besides, it has a terrain that accommodates all types of tourists. Whether you are a mountain lover or a beach hugger, you will find a place to visit. Not to mention the people and the food. Absolutely a must visit 🥰🥰

  3. I'm English and my GF is Portuguese. Anywhere you can recommend as Albania and the England have bad reputations 🙈 I just want a happy, friendly, wonderful experience

  4. We should start to resent strangers mostly from western region you know how an Albanian gets treated in western countries. He gets treated worse then trash!

  5. I recently had the chance to visit Tirana and was blown away by the city. From the friendly locals to the delicious food, there was so much to love about Tirana. The city has a rich history and stunning architecture, and there are so many interesting sights to see, including the Skanderbeg Square and the Et'hem Bey Mosque. Overall, I would highly recommend Tirana as a must-visit destination.

  6. Hi!
I'm from Albania and I was born from Albania
I live in a small city of Albania named "Krume"
Prices are pretty cheap and there are a lot of friendly people
And our history started when we had a war when 🇹🇷Turkey wanted to make Albania not speak Albanian but Turkish

  7. Going on a Europe trip at the end of my grad and I never heard anyone mention travelling to Albania before, what a beautiful country! I am so excited to visit!

  8. Just let you know, debit card do not function at any atm' s In Albania. Bring euros with you, otherwise you will be In trouble. You can pay with card only oin supermarkets and in fancy restaurants. And I really mean this, avoid this huge trouble I faced the first week here. Yes, you cannot get even a Cup of Coffee.

  9. People are ignorant and racist in Albania, but in the mountains and in the village people are very nice, Albanians do not have their own culture. No metro and no train and no public transport. Albanian people are really closed

  10. Contrary to what the UK media told me I decided to visit Albania. I was right the media was wrong. I was made welcome and managed to get around Tirana despite not knowing a word of the language. A challenge ? yes, but great fun.

Certainly cheap but being honest I have to say the language barrier limited my experience.

  11. I’m planning a travel soon, glad to see positive comments on people welcoming and being kind. I’m just curious of people perspective with Hajab head scarf? Is there discrimination in this regard?

  12. Wow what an education you have given me!! Not much into foriegn holidays but I might make Albania an exception!! I'm from the UK and have only ever been abroad to America but this certainly does look great.

  13. I was in Albania a year after the fall of communism in the early 1990s. It was primitive, rustic, and beautiful. My most profound memory was having no hot showers for three weeks in Tirana due to constant power outages. But we always had wonderful fresh water. Recent videos show how far the country has come. Amazing place. Thank you.
