Saturday cycilng & swim adventure in Erstavik! Just 17km from my home, I can enjoy the beautiful untouched nature with a swim on the Baltic sea. This smaller sandy beach, is quite close to the bigger one Erstaviksbadet, and I was all alon today on the beach, well there were some windsurfers as well, that were taking advantage of the windy weather. 😉 ENJOY!

[Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] he [Music] [Music] happy Saturday folks from erav nature reserve and I am right now on another Beach that time for the first time this year smaller sandy beach in Erik compared to the bigger one Erik’s bed and located just few hundred meters away from the main Beach and it is a beach where you can rent wind surfing and then wind surf in the Baltic Sea right here so if you want to do those come kind of activities this is the place and it’s Saturday so for the weekend I always explore further destinations out on the sea well to be fair I came it only took me 70 km to reach this spot with my Scot that you can see to be fair my legs were a bit tired since I did body pump this morning that was quite intensive the new release from Les Mills and then I also voted for the European elections uh in Sweden you can vote 2 and a half weeks before the elections day and also you can also obviously vote on the election day that is tomorrow 9th of June so if you live in EU the European Union make sure to vote uh as we have uh as we have uh Democratic elections here in EU and we need to choose the right representatives for the European Parliament so yes it is not that warm today right now it’s 16° C it was 18 or 19 early here in the air and in the sea I have checked and measured already it is 19° C which is quite convenient to be fair and yes Beach the number 57 is in progress then today and let’s then get going and enjoy the wonderful day the sun is not that in full shape today but still it is very nice day to explore a little bit windy though and I’m so eager to swim right now as the water looks absolutely amazing and there is one wind surfer in the sea that you can see and the beach looks quite nice I’m all alone here on this part of the beach and at the other part they are preparing the wind surfing stuff but not so many wind Surfers today I episode two or three to be fair the bottom here is Sandy uh and we can see tioso on the other side of the bay and indeed cool then let’s take a swim let’s not wait any longer amazing beautiful it’s so nice I love it look at that beautiful nature all around inde all right then that’s a wrap from es from the wind surfing Sandy Beach and yeah I’m going to be chilling here for some more time and enjoy this wonderful Saturday afternoon so thank you so much for watching this episode and see you soon again have another P Adventure on my channel PE Adventures it’s cream PE [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] he [Music] yeah he [Music] [Music] he [Music]
