great place…I lived in Medjugorje (hidden jewel, you Catholics) for 18 months. I agree with the moderate weather, but medju-gorje= between the hills, so it blocked some bad stuff
I spent all of 2004 in BiH. Beautiful country and wonderful people. Spent most of my time in the northeast and visited many places. Tuzla, Brcko, Bijeljina, Modrica, Doboj, Teslic, Gracanica, Srebrenik, Lukavac, Kalesija, Banovici, Sarejevo, Zenica, Bratunac, Srebrenica, Olova and several others. Really wanted to get down to Mostar, but couldn't get it done.
The amount of triggered Croat nationalists in comments tell me all I need to know. Their laughable attempts at cultural appropriation of Bosnia are fucking ridiculous. But I can see why they're so dead-set on appropriating us, because our country is 10x more beautiful than theirs. Their jealousy is hilarious. Peace to all normal people from a Bosnian patriot.
