To Winchester.

    day two today we cycled to Winchester we stayed in a lovely campsite called night pastures really good campsite loads of space didn’t film there this morning though cuz everybody else was asleep it’s 8:00 we set off try and get to Winchester relatively early so we can have a look around there I’m staying in the Premier in tonight slept all right in the campsite but lot of planes taking off and uh quite noisy there’s D so got to retrace our steps a bit this morning let’s get back on Route pretty Bridge whaty start to the day you’re right did you need hand watch out for flying [Music] balls cars come down here very often do they run the ship right’s way to L there’s Dawn the TAC didn’t last long uh but we’re on uh Railway uh route now ex military Railway running along the river rather the end of the line I think today’s theme is trees across the path this is the fourth tree across the path Dawn demonstrates the technique to clear the bik rabbit wor in this Forest paths and logs blocking the roof hopefully you can see the deer off toal Quebec now we now reach the southbounds way next up Queen Elizabeth country [Music] par we just had a big tarmac section which was a nice bit too had to burn some miles off we now just reach to South downsway and uh a massive hair just uh ran across the path thought it was a dog at first this is bunster hill we got to get all the way to the top our objective is to pedal to the gate let’s see if we make it I got this far up here going here’s the top bunster hill bunster hill just goes on and on see the sea H just past Winchester Hill there a memorial here to the aircrafts that crashed here in 1944 there’s Winchester Hill just been up there there’s d a bit of Old Railway track the meon Valley Trail which is good Don’s happy about that the view from Beacon hell I haven’t filmed much because keep having sunshine and rain at the moment we got sunshine I’m still on the south down way 9 miles to go this is Hampshire this is not raining again it keeps raining and stopping it’s fine now [Applause] again those clouds look like it could rain 4 miles from 4 miles from Winchester the route looking back the where I’ve just come you see Dawn coming bringing up the rear this dor enjoying the cycle ride through the tough terrain 3 miles to Winchester we’ve got a premier inbook I know how to treat d she’s doing really quite well first view of Winchester in the motorway [Music] [Music] a really nice path into uh Winchester now Old Railway line King Alfred this is when wichester we made it to Winchester [Music]
