Our 2nd full day at Sanguli Resort Salou where we try more swimming pools with slides POV,s , we try a takeaway place onsite, and we rent some bikes from Sanguli too, it’s a shorter vlog than usual as we dealt with an illness so didn’t film a lot of the day 😔.

[Applause] good morning and welcome to another video today it is day two is our second full day in uh Salo um and we’ve decided we’re going to rent bikes so we’ve come to the bike rental place in sanguli which is the place we’re stay in um and we’re going to rent bikes for the day the cost of it for us cuz we’ve got four Bikes Plus a baby carrier the cost of that was €34 for 24 hours there is a €50 deposit per bike so we pay €200 deposit which you get back when you bring the bikes back and you just come and choose the bikes you give the guy your contract that says how many bikes you’ve paid for um and you get to choose from all the bikes there’s hundreds of bikes all different shapes sizes all different designs um and just make sure you’re comfortable with them and then you go and tell the guy the bike you’ve chose it gives you the key to unlock it and off you go um so yeah it was €34 for four any four bikes and the child carrier for 24 hours which is pretty good value so I’ll show you the bikes that we’ve got this is the one that maisy’s chose so she got it out the uh holder she sat on it make sure it was comfortable um and then she went and got the key from the guy unlocked it from the bike shed and then took it for a spin around the car pack which you’re allowed to do and then if you’re comfortable with it you take that that bike oh careful oh careful that’s Zach’s bike and this is the little carriers this is our carrier hello you ready to go so the little carriers uh there’s enough room for two little kids and you get little harnesses inside are you comfortable yeah are you happy so there’s all these bikes here this is just where you hire the bikes is from the reception at Africa the main Africa reception and then to choose the bikes you just come out come around the corner and there’s a section of bikes here there’s a load more bikes across there and there is some more bikes the other side as well so there’s plenty to choose for so we’re hiring bikes we’re going to go for a bike ride to Cil Salo on the bik bicycle path the good thing about this area is that there’s a bicycle path from sanguli as soon as you get out of sanguli there’s a bicycle path all the way into saloo um and the same with camills the opposite way as well so we’re going to maybe go both ways uh and check that out so is this one right well we if we get our back ready we can bike down to like Burger King or McDonald’s or something all right there we go we’ve got our bike with a little carrier just testing it out in the car park and if we’re okay with it we’ll uh we’ll take it that’s the life I wish there had adult ones of them cuz I’d get the kids to carry Us in them at the back hello hello silent is he do you like it yeah you get a little shade you get that and that you zip up if you want to Okay so we’ve picked our bikes what did your think what you think see me ride a bike never seen me ride a bike I’m more of a driver aren’t I yeah that’s the other bike we’ve got here we are we’re roll on our bikes here we go on the little bikes there’s a little basket on this one they’re not the best conditioned bikes but the the uh operational right this is the Bell it’s not really it’s not going to help if I need someone to move we’re going to head down here now and look for something to eat cuz Zach’s not feeling too well so people on Cell Beach all right let’s go find somewhere to eat you okay thank you we’re going to try and look for Burger King it’s hopefully this way somewhere might not be on the front but we’re going to find it go fast I’ll be ready there’s Alby if you can see him Al’s in the back all right so where we heading now maybe the relaxed pool we’re going to the relaxed pool this is the only pool on site that we’ve not been to yet went for a little bike ride um um but Zach got a little bit poly started been sick so we’ve come back Zach’s gone to bed for a bit uh We’ve packed the bikes we’ve got the bikes till tomorrow anyway so we’re going to use them a little bit later on hopefully so while Zach’s having a little Kip me Maisy and Alby have come to the pool that we’ve not been to yet the relax pool so this is the fifth and final pool for us um and we’ll see what this is so this is at the bottom end of the park which is just right near the exit the beach exit the beach exit is just down there and we’ve got 11: till 7:00 opening times there’s a snack bar 12 till 12 10:30 and about 8 till midnight so this is the relax pool there’s no slides at this one it’s just a chill out even the waterfall is working this is usually a waterfall here but that not working at the minute either so um what which ones do you want do you want these nice ones on the grass in the shade at this one so we we’ll come here there’s loads and loads every single pool there’s loads and loads of sun loues um you won’t ever struggle to get a sun lounger any pool that you’re attending at sanguli Ma’s chilling out ready to go the PO oh there we go the water features just come on the waterfalls come on so we’re going to head in there like I said I think this is what this is probably the smallest pool other than Gully which is for the little kids this is like the small pool um and there’s no slides or anything active here hence the name relax pool May’s relaxing already Mommy okay mommy’s looking after Zach so do you want to come in the swimming pool with me Maisy yeah yeah right I’ll switch cameras and while in the pool yeah again you okay freezing you’re freezing this is the relax p and this is a warmer bit but this is the warm part yeah this is the warm part the small part of the relax po yeah yeah nothing there that’s SL that’s SL load of sun loues this is slightly warmer water than the other part of the relax pool which I’ll go have a look at in a sec this is the main part of the relax pool and this is quite chilly well especially once we’ve been in a little bit you coming [Applause] in you coming in oh going to cuddle Maisy there’s a water feature G and yeah it’s it’s cold when you first get in but you get used to it don’t you same as all the other pools except the one in Africa which is warm we’re going to head to that one in again again in a sec you’re going under there woo Who want who wants to go hello up there try go in this water go come here lot come in do you want to go to the other pool now yeah you want to go to the other pool yeah Africa pool so now we’ve done all five pools we can officially confirm the warmest one is Africa correct yes which is the coldest one the happy pole yeah yeah the first one we went in yeah yeah so yeah we’ve done happy Gully Fiesta Africa and relax and the warmest pool is Africa coldest pool for us was the happy pool um and we’re going to head back to Africa pool now so we’ll uh we’ll see you there this way buddy [Music] ready was that fun yes yeah was it better with mommy or dadddy yeah yeah I kept do a flow my [Music] God it [Music] [Music] [Music] the slid here are quite good at the Africa f [Music] right so I’m going to go back up here now and go on the other slide that I’ve not done yet the wind’s picked up a little bit now so when the wind’s blowing it’s uh quite cloudy it feels a little bit chilly especially when you soak so I think this next one is the slowest light of the two get this one to go good view here we go where that was quite a fast ride quite a fast ride [Music] luy did gety is that good yeah do you want to do it again yeah do you want to do it with Daddy yes right oh they going for sleep again you went down backwards did you go down backwards yeah are you doing it again [Music] hello right we’ve just come for some lunch uh there is a takeaway literally just opposite the amphitheater the amphitheater is behind me there and we’ve gone to that takeaway there um they do pizzas Burgers nuggets um pastas everything everything that’s in the main menu everything that’s on the main menu in the restaurant pretty much you can get um as takeaway there it’s pretty much the same prices is eating in and they’ll just bag it up and box it up for you to take back to your accommodation so that’s where you go you place your order and then you watch them make the pieces um and then they give you it and you take it off so yeah it’s um here’s the entertainment Amphitheater there’s the main restaurant there and then there’s the takeaway literally right next to it and then the uh the Tahiti Suites where we’re staying is literally just down there 30C walk down there so it’s handy for us um so we’ll uh we’ll show you these pizzas when we get them and we’ve ordered some fries as well making the pizza nugget of two meals please chicken nuggets or Bo chicken nuggets anything else uh no that’s it thank you so it’ll be 14 14 thank you very much okay hungry yeah right so we’ve placed our order once you’ve uh paid for it and then she just tells you to sit down and then wait for you to be called wait for your number to be called so she said it be about 10 minutes um cuz it’s all made Fresh So then we’ll pick it up take it back to the accomodation and have our lunch and we’ll show you the lunch when we get there so yeah it was $34 it was uh a large pepperoni pizza for 1450 a large barbecue pizza for $450 and french fries for 5 so 34 right so we got fries this is the fries for 5 you get quite a lot of fries actually and they’re nice and fresh and crispy they’re delicious fries them so we got them and then we got two pieces that’s the pepperoni pepperoni pizza does look nice and barbecue Pizza o freshly made we watched them get the dough out don’t we and like spin it around Chuck it only took about 3 minutes once we actually got there took them 3 minutes to make it fresh all right SO3 34 for that for the fries and for the two pizzas so we’ll tuck in see how it is get a piece should we get a drink nice oh gooey Cheese look at that what’s the verdict cheesy cheesy good that really nice yeah right we’ll finish these and then we’ll let you know how nice it was sounds nice yeah nice Pizza it was nice because it’s quite filling as well that it surprisingly I would have thought we go there again just because it’s so close to where we’re staying as well it’s literally there ter I’m just catching some rays back on our bikes we’ve had our pizza the pizza was real nice one at lunchtime Pizza chips the chips were they were the chips were from that place were like real fresh and crisp hot delicious delicious fries um and we’ve come out for a little bike ride just me Maisy and we’ve come for a bike ride along the front to salute we stopped at the uh Marina bit just for a little bit of a break and then we’re going to head a little bit further in we came from that way took us about 5 minutes to come from San Gully out there’s a cycle path all the way along and then we’ve stopped at this little Marina bit here where the uh boat trips are um and then we’re going to keep biking down the cycle path all the way past the fountains and a little bit further down there we might end up around that area somewhere um but it’s much quicker on a bike much easier is it like I said these bikes were we rented these bikes for €34 for 24 hours for four bikes and a b baby carriage like a baby carrier in fact I overtook the uh the land train didn’t the land the land train passed us while we stopped I was going at the same speed as the was you yeah it’s just a cool way to get around especially with the easily accessible cycle Lanes that’s everywhere in this part of uh suu anyway and Cil so we’re going to head back down there on the cycle path all the way down uh and see how far we get down there so when we do stop we’ll we’ll pop you back out of me pocket and uh we’ll have a little look if you can see there what’s that is that red Force I can just see sticking out the top of that um building there you zoom in uh where is [Music] it red Force there that’s the massive big coaster the Ferrari land we’re heading there tomorrow so don’t forget to subscribe to the channel and you’ll see that video we’ve just biked it literally just around the corner from the marina the Marina’s just there behind me and then we’ve come to the Fountain this is the I think this the only Fountain that’s currently running in Salo Salo is quite famous for all the special sort of Fountain shows that they put on on an evening um it’s all sort of to music and it’s all lit up and quite a really really cool thing to watch but apparently this is the only one that’s running at the minute and this only runs on a Friday and a Saturday night at 10:00 um up until um into June sometime and then I think it runs a bit more regularly I’ll have a look at the schedule board over there and I’ll I’ll show you that but this is the sight of the currently only running water fountain show in Salo right so yeah this is the whatever that is but that’s the fountain that’s on here and it says the week before Easter till the 30th of June it’s Friday and Saturdays uh and the days before bank holidays and bank holidays and it’s 10 p.m. and then from the 1st of July to the 10th of September it’s every day uh at 10: p.m. and 11th of September till the 1th of November it’s Fridays Saturdays and before bank holiday and Bank hold is again so that’s that there’s a QR code there if you want to click on the QR code onwards yeah right we’ve just stopped again we’re literally just past the fountains there’s the other Fountain that’s right next to the one that is operational but this one’s not currently working so we’ve biked past there and then we’ve come and we’ve just noticed this is where the Salo sign is the famous Salo sign so we’re going to get a quick picture there and then we’ll be on our way again this is the famous Salo sign that everybody gets a picture with and this is just on the beach front cool right yeah look at it busy [Music]
