rest [Applause] [Music] ball [Applause] [Music] rest morning all it is Wednesday morning 8:00 in the morning is back out on test rides in a better place of this week so Lex motor zsb we’ve got two of these to do today both the same color and two separate customers so all I’m going to say to our customer is this one is lgz there we go you’ll know what the reg is normally we don’t name the customers so we’ll just let him know that this one the last bit is lgz right let’s get out it’s ride it’s a lovely sunny morning my sticker board is going well there’s another one going up on the second test ride from bikes beards and bruise so Ben sent us some stickers out and we will put his sticker on there later let’s get out and have a ride on my favorite little 125 these are just bare basic bikes and probably the best ones that LAX Moto do absolutely love these bikes gear Chang is lovely and smooth big wide mirrors and just one little dial with a rev counter a speedo gear indicator and your fuel tank and your relapse mile it’s just all you need and all the standard controls horn indicator main beam deck beam pass light to the rear oh and I stalled it how about that for the first test ride of the day right let’s get out and ride so if you was following me for the last week or so you know that uh I was not in a good place last week and obviously we missed the live stream I got to say a big big thank you to pey B who just literally un messaged him said not in a good place mate not having a good time if you want to do my Friday live and he jumped in at the last moment so thanks py much appreciated mate and uh it made it a good Friday Night Live and hopefully he’s got himself a few more subs out of it so it’s all about promoting the other channel so thanks py much appreciated now obviously this week everybody is out now it is right into bike season and obviously everybody is getting their bikes out we got loads of mots I’ve got a full day of bike mots and test rides today and rebuild a Triumph Trident that had got smacked up the rear by a Mercedes so Wendy’s coming in she’s bringing a Triumph trient we’re going to rebuild that one all the back ends got to be re rebuilt and where she dropped it on the left we got to do the crank cases and every bit and piece around the side but it just makes you think that obviously bike season everybody’s had their bikes away now obviously there’s a lot of riders that ride all year round like me and all the mut vloggers we ride all year round there’s those that obviously put their bikes away for the winter get the bike out the garage and jump straight on it and they think they’re going to be up to the skills that they were last year it does doesn’t work like that people you need to ease yourself back in and ride at 60% of your riding ability which is what I normally do take your time and watch out for car drivers car drivers are not aware 90% of the time that there’s a little thing little thin object coming down the road called a motorcycle so you have to be very very careful when you’re out and riding in traffic so that’s all I’m going to say on that now obviously uh this week it’s been a good one so far but last week was horrible not just for me but for other motorcycle riders I know ishimoto he was out riding and uh ended up coming off his bike and I believe he’s cracked his pelvis and done two ribs so uh not good issue but speedy recovery my friend and uh he’s currently in a hospital bed I think they’re operating Thursday or something but once you crack your pelvis you’re not going to be the same again it’s going to be painful and it’s going to wake like a bugger and then obviously uh t one I’m not going to go into much of that but T1 had a group ride and one of his Riders watching that Lorry behind me one of his Riders obviously lost their life so condolences to the family and I know Bruce isn’t in a very good place at the moment so chin up Bruce it does happen unfortunately you take the risk every time you throw your leg on a bike nod nod that you run the risk of getting taken out or something goes wrong or you just cook it up a little bit but I’m not going into that too much but obviously condolences to the family what can you do to improve your riding watch your mirrors all the time keep your eye out for cars and everyone has a go at me for coming down here at 45 mph if I was on a 50 cc ped doing 30 that is my maximum speed and Milton Kings is all dual carriageway there’s dual Carriage Way everywhere so you have to get to work this is the main drag through Milton kinges from one end to the other and everybody uses this road including the 50 cc PS and the deliverers so unfortunately stick to position one you don’t go riding out in the middle of the lane but just watch your shoulder I have got that little bit of Lane to my left where I can just Escape if something’s coming and it’s normally full of gravel and poot holes but keep your eye in the mirrors guys be totally observant of everything that is going on around you that is all you can do and obviously if you’re in traffic make people away use your horn drop a red Bomb let them know that you are there that is the easiest thing to do but zsb is running nicely nice steady 42 so first test ride 40 mph to maximum of 45 and Vary the speed a little bit up it down it up it down it keep your eye on the mirrors as you’re riding along but once we’ve done this one and then a little bit later on we got another one we’ve also got the AP1 that we’re doing today the Apollo what used to be called the Apollo is now the AP1 that is flying out the door we told about three of those so far off the back of my videos so that is good but my zsb is my favorite bike for a25 you can’t go far wrong with one of these it’s bolt upright it’s very comfortable the seat is lovely and spongy and the riding position is good as well it doesn’t make your arms hurt doesn’t hurt your back so absolutely loving it and obviously got a nice cure of traffic behind me tough go round they can overtake there’s plenty of room behind them they can get round right we are coming off here and then we will crack on and do some around town mileage now obviously someone said oh do you need a little sign there’s one of our guys that’s got the ajs he’s an older Rider he’s 82 bless him and he traded his mt3 in for a cadell 125 and he’s got a little plate on the back of it running in please pass very good idea if you remember all the old cars when your grandad or whatever used to rebuild the engine and you’d have a little sign in the back window running in please pass so good idea to do something like that but obviously most car drivers expect a 125 to be quite slow what is going on down here the super mik Factory is there and green light let’s go that is the Milton King Stadium it’s going to be Havoc down here Thursday afternoon Thursday evening and I am off to Oakley this Thursday for the bike me so if anybody wants to join me going down to Oakley I believe Phil’s going to get the rocket out first time this year if it is good weather he said to me I might get the rocket out and come for a ride with you I’ll get the Triumph out we’ll get Rocky out but down here this Thursday we have take that here absolutely fantastic yeah not very good at Gary BYO Impressions but take that down here I don’t know if Robbie’s coming but we definitely got the boys from take that down at the stadium on Thursday evening so that will be fun and it’s going to be chaos for traffic down here as it always is every time they have a concert I don’t care because I have a couple of months to go and I am off to Wild bad that is going to be good good fun so we’re going to have a little bit of wild bad and in August we have TMF no not him the motor vlogger we have Campbell Park they have the tribute Festival I think it’s beginning of August I’m got tickets for that and it’s Metallica Ramstein Foo Fighters uh system of Iron Maiden all tribute a but it’s going to be absolutely great fun good bit of rock music to be had so we’re going to have a little bit of fun we’re going to go down to the TMF Festival hello kids but we’ll have a little bit of fun on that right we are going to have a wander around down here go around the industrial State get the first bit of the mileage up back to the garage cup of coffee and I get ready for me first mot and add a gentleman found out yesterday you got any slots for anot I’ve got one A4 to n right before I go off to have my smoke break and cup of coffee can I book it in of course you can yeah 2965 standard price for your bike mot and uh all right what you got give us the regge oh this Triumph Explorer 12:15 and I went ah good bike he went only had it about 9 weeks mate but it’s absolutely beautiful yeah I’ve just bought one oh right we’ll compare so he’s bringing his down so that’s going to be a good bit of fun looking forward to that the Friday Night Live stream is back this week so thank you to everybody that has messaged me and hoe and pey and exit and Grant popped in uncle red Simon GTR popped in the garage yesterday so thanks everybody for the support it’s really appreciated um obviously chance is now in doggy heaven and we should get him back in about 14 days cuz uh we’re having him crated and he’s coming home so got a nice little uh part of our front room unit that is all made up for him to come home with po prints and photos of him so we got some memories that’s the best bit we had 11 years of great times with him and I’m in a better place now it’s very hard when you lose a dog but we had a lovely card turn up yesterday we popped some chocolates and flowers into the vets of pets just around the corner here uh as a thank you for everything they did for us on Thursday looked after me and we got a card in the post yesterday from the girls at Vets for Pets and pets at home it’s like when you’re out having a walk just remember I’m one step behind you and when when eventually you meet your time daddy don’t forget you won’t be dying you’ll be coming to meet me I’m oh that’s really sweet so theyve done a lovely little poem for me so the card is on the unit we should keep that as well but we’re back off the ride test all good happy days and we’re pulling in here I’m going to put this one away cuz once we polish a bike we stick it back under the lean Tu to keep it clean so test ride is done quarter past 8 alarm is going off so zsb we have the obligatory 6 mil on the clock all good so until the next test ride guys be well ride safe
