we get this initial kick so the Road Rising now that is a steep little section that goes up to around 5 1/2% then it levels off again for a few hundred meters a chance to just build a little bit of speed and then the grading goes up again there’s attack by Gunner and Philly poana has gone we saw him at the start today we saw cat among the pigeons yesterday from pogacha to Ghana another star 4ks to go and this is his perfect distance it’s a Pursuit race yes well it is a perfect place to attack and uh yeah we can see there you know he’s opened the Gap very very quickly but the effort he’s put in to keep this going all the way uh as uh as we can see here but he’s a rider that can do that he can you know do this substain this effort uh over this distance but it’s going to be interesting one you know back in the Pelon we can see they still you know continuing on to set a very strong Pace Robie if he gets to the top here he’s almost there with a gap isn’t he and he knows that a lot of riders been talking about this stage today saying the effective the Finish is almost at the top of the Capo M because after that not much will change is this a time for a counter attack and two counter attacks we’ve seen Bahrain chasing here as well this is Bora hrow with the rider right at the top chased as well by Tuda Pro cycling Jonathan NIS is at the front of the chasing group ready to pounce as well into that famous tunnel that Robbie was talking about let’s have a look to see what’s happening it is Danny from Popple he’s the man out there trying his best to try and Chase on the dut Sprinter ALS also there is Andrea pasal and the Italian is dreaming of Home success and that would be an unlikely win but a very popular one indeed but look at the Gap just take a look at the Gap philipo Gana has opened up that Gap and at the minute he’s in Prime position it’s a very good Gap but a lot of organization back in the Pelon Riders who haven’t made their biggest efforts just yet staying intact we’ve seen if you try and just jump across this Gap we’ve seen two Riders already exploding puskal on and done Ian Poppel the pace at the front now going off bahin Victorious there another Counterattack coming V group bani go and Shan you could see a mass parting of the ways there this is a great chance for Ghana yes this is uh looking good for Ghana but again in the run to the line it’s going to be interesting one if there’s rers there with teammates that is going to be the real difficult one for G to hold off but he’s he’s the only Rider thinking the Pelon that can possibly do this filipo feli who’s out after him and we’ve seen him in fantastic climbing form he’s also got a very good Sprint the pelan is being thinned out behind Rob if it does come back together not everybody’s where they want to be no they’re not but who is where they want to be is little Tre they’ve got numbers they got Jonathan Milan in the wheel they can see Gunner just up the road but with 7 seconds and over 2 km to go he’s now on The Descent if you’ll going to back anybody in this Pelon to to hold off the rest of them it would be Philip Fi not giving giv up the chase but Gana now getting onto the downhill getting Arrow biggest gear engaged to see if he can hold them off 2K to go and they’re on The Descent all the way to Andor and it will pass in a Flash less than a couple of minutes from here at these speeds Ghana is flying and top Gana is gunning for another Victory on the jeto six before this particular race he was in the Breakaway for the first 20ks today decided he’d try and win it another way and he has fired the opening shot behind they still try and Chase alas inck try and catch them as well there’s Leal Tre they have the Firepower but it’s hard on the downhill yes it is hard on the downhill but we can see here you know a lot of riders appearing across the road here you know there’s going to be uh lead out men who are going to take it up and 1.2 km we can see the Gap it looks good but uh in the final run to the line it’s going to be difficult for G to hold off it looks like they’re going to get him but they cannot afford to hesitate for one moment if someone swings off and the rest don’t go forz mechan within 3K to go he’s all good to get the same time gner in front about to be caught the Sprint lead at men ready to launch the fast men and philipo Gana is there about to be caught it’s called son on his wheel ready to launch Milan just like yesterday it’s going to be last gasp in the final few hundred meters Ghana is gone and it’s conson at the front trying to lead things out grows not too far behind Coy approaching 400 m to go they’re pass the nasty roundabout and it’s Gana who’s drifting back but here at the front now it’s laort who’s leading out Koy Milan on the wheel as well left hand side look up Meda coming from a long way back it’s Milan at the front but canas medle is getting to the front again look at him going CH lamino it’s Groves but Milan’s lasting Milan’s going Milan makes it and he has his win for a second year running Jonathan Milan makes it to the Finish oh it looked difficult at times it almost looked impossible over the top but they got him it was the longest of long lead outs and Milan with a mighty Sprint has outlasted much power in the legs of those behind that is a sensational win from Jonathan Milan

  1. These reporters have no clue what they are talking about or they know and hype for the show. There is no way a rider with a 7 second gap to the train 2km before the finish can win.

Edit to calm down the fans:
… if the peloton wants to catch him. And one could see they want.

  2. this commentator is really a bit over the top with his always hyper-voice boiling over !
Please — to be excited is one things, but maybe in a less annoying way !!
Robby McEwen is doing a very good job though !

  3. Really astonishing how the fastest cyclist in the world at 4K can get eaten up in a flash during that last big sprint leadout rush. For 3.5K nobody was gaining because Ganna is such a powerhouse in that particular realm. But in that last K, wow. I don’t believe he slowed, but they stomped on the gas. Looked like one of the sprinters threw his bike way too early and may have lost the race because of it. We’ll see what the camera says. 😊

  4. Wow, Ganna putting out the power, but not quite enough. Very impressive. Get out there on your bike and try to ride 4 km at that speed slightly up hill. Amazing.

  5. Ганна все сделал правильно, что не побоялся и ушел в отрыв. Молодец! Просто в этот раз не повезло.

  6. Wiiiih….yg sejak remaja aku herankan dgn orang2 Eropa yg gila sepeda jadi menu harianya, dari penontonya yg seperti orang mengungsi korban perang atau banjir, bus mekanik seperti tiko sepeda, apa lagi even2nya dari Track,Gunung,Gravel, cycloroos apa lagi Tour2nya yg tdk mungkin ada di negara saya meski dlm mimpi
    Salam Gowes

  7. Kooij could have stayed in Laporte wheel a hair longer. Yes Milan would have pulled away from them a bit but Kooij would have had more at the end.
