[Music] welcome along today2 of the doof yesterday 2019 world champion Mass Pon delivered an electric finish to have the honor of wearing yellow now the task of trying to hold on to the Jersey despite the star studded lineup you have to look at all the TC teams who’s here and uh if they want to to take some seconds or race to the top they they will maybe go so I I I don’t really know I I just try to follow as best as I can a winner of laes well on two years ago Dylan tun knows his place in the options for his team we have multiple cars to play like uh a bit from farther off uh but if it if it comes really to a Punchy finish uh it’s uh it’s up to me yeah m neelon is a multi- Grand Tour stage winner aiming to deliver his first win for Uno X but he knows it’s a quality pelaton I think I I can be there I hope so it’s uh for sure it will be a a hard final and we will see how hard they’re going to race it but uh yeah I I dream of being there and and we will see maybe even MP can can be there as well meanwhile prier Rog glitch is focused on learning about his new borans gr teammates over anything else we we put all the all the best in uh but like I said I mean we we just need to to spend time together to to do the races and uh yeah that’s I think the the most important the difficulty ratcheted up over the 142 km on stage two a dash Across The Plains of chatel and then up into the hills of the for part of the massive sentral four cataro climbs the Coto and Sonoma for starters then the main course a 25 km uphill leading up to the summit finish at C de la nearly 41 km perh average speed to start the day Bruno aray of Da cathine ag2r led the way for the five strong Breakaway no sign of the polka dots of Mark Donovan an opportunity for matis Lear starting the day three points behind the Britain they also had 2023 Parry n King of the mountain for company jonis Gregor hoping to make his Mark ahead of the first categorized climb the Gap Slash from five to four minutes as they took on the Cod defago down the road borans grow and others upping the pelon’s output groupama fdj there in service of David Goo teammate groman gregar in confident mood ahead of a challenging day in the saddle the final 50 km and the Gap to the leaders began to dwindle after filipo cona took the max intermediate Sprint points and bonus seconds the escape’s advantage was under 3 minutes the Pelon also started to stretch out in big part thanks to a huge acceleration from groupama fdj Kon pashi Riders dropped out the back ining Jonathan Castro distanced along with Bob jungal aora handc bonka continued to try and protect the jersey of teammate Donovan yet Mattis Leber won the battle for the polka dots over the codan maximum points on a great day for the Frenchmen the Fantastic Five had so far resisted the pelaton but with a gap under a minute could it last to the Finish Bruno amarai decided to test the waters going it alone with 9k left for as Alexander vlasov moved to the front of the chase group at the Midway point of the day’s final classified climb all but one Escape caught all this happening while yellow Jersey of mass pison hit the wall the overall lead suddenly in play time trial specialist amri holding on as best he could yet with legs heavy and a bullish chasing group closing in by LEF flam Rouge the Frenchman had just 15 seconds in hand could he hold [Applause] on this is uh what a race it’s been for him today 3 hours and 19 minutes now Uno X come to the front is he going to outwit all of the favorites in the Doan Bruno amarai is almost there it looks like they are coming now 400 m to go for Bruno amarai he’s still hanging on 3% the gradient now the Cavalry is charging behind him are they going to catch him 300 M now for Bruno amurai can he get himself to the Finish Line they’re all sprinting behind him he can see the gantry he can see the Finish Line 200 M he’s caught he’s caught at the finish line and now out of the Mist who is going to take this Victory it’s going to be one of the Riders from Muno X who’s going to do it a superb Victory emerging triumphant from the Mist to claim the spoils double Danish Delights M Pon yesterday now cor neelon claiming the first to fin stage wi of his career a powerful way to celebrate also a first success with Udo X after a slow start to the season the flying mustache is in full flight I didn’t have the best start of the season I well yeah struggled a little bit I didn’t get any big results and then I had a a injury in in terano and was out for a long time and it’s amazing to to come back and and take a a state one here Cornelson with aach tastic performance the legs to outstrip a world class field Ritch well placed with mattio Jorgenson making up the stage Podium the yellow jerseys swapped from one day to another overnight leader Mass Pon lost four minutes when distan on the final classified climb Cornel taking charge but only 10 seconds separate the top 53 Riders and doubling up is the Uno X rider six clear of compatriot Pon who will Dawn his green jersey Lear the new king of the mountain a bit of daylight ahead of cona by eight points the Italian teammate Donovan falling to third on the Bottom Rung of the stage Podium parin Champion mattio Jorgenson into the white jersey as the best youngster tomorrow a leg breaking stage to Li esto potential for a strong Breakaway to shake up the pecking order it might be hard to see but the drama is only just getting started

  1. Primos was a close 2nd… not bad for his first race back after a bad crash. He's on a team where talent goes to die… but maybe he can turn it around.

  2. 5:40 "It's gonna be one of the riders from Uno X" … how can the commentator seriously be in doubt and not know that it must be Magnus Cort (winner of stages from all 3 grand tours) winning the sprint? He sounds clueless.
