I think the price is quite high. I did a quick google search and found one selling for $350 US 5 years ago. You should find out how old this bike is.
Edit – finding more that are being sold in Singapore (?) for about $200 Singaporean dollars. 800Cad is definitely too high. Unless I am way off track.

First of all, if those are genuine Zipp wheels, then yes, that price is reasonable. Second, are you sure that bike is single speed? Those part combinations look like something a fixie rider would put together. I can’t tell from the pictures if there is a freewheel on the back or a fixed cog.
