Today, a friend I met yesterday in the same room at the hostel recommended a restaurant, so I went there and looked around the old town of Tallinn, Estonia. Lindo said the old town wasn’t that big, so it was worth exploring in about half a day. After seeing it, I plan to move on to Helsinki, Finland, the beginning of Eastern Europe, tomorrow . After looking around the Old Town, I will go out to the sea side to find out what ferry I need to catch tomorrow . If I leave the Old Town just a little bit, it feels like a completely new city . The gate of the castle wall that I saw yesterday leads to the Old Town. This is the main gate as you enter. There is a market right in front of here. Still, a lot of people use umbrellas here. 제 생각엔 영양시스템이 무너져서 두드러기가 올라온게 아닌가 싶어요. 무리한 운동(업힐 100키로)을 하면서 비타민아연단백질무기질탄수화물지방섬유질마그네슘 등등 당연히 들어와야 하는 영양소가 안들어고 라면만 들어와서 몸이 회복을 못하다가 신호를 보낸… 아메리카 가실 땐 라면도 좋지만 영양제나 보충제도 꼭 챙겨가시면 더 좋을듯요. 몰아보기 너무 잘 보고 있습니다. 아메리카도 파이팅!
