Control description linked below, new mapped area, first urban sprint of the season.
Gps Seems a bit off for the first control or so. Generally did ok, but more mistakes than I liked on a sprint. Also lacked proper footwear which is why on the hills i either went down on my bum / slow or struggled to climb up resulting in a terrible route choice from 7 to 8. I over thought the hill and missed the obvious /much better route choice. No idea why I thought I even had to go up the hill! 9 I should of just read the control description properly other than the numbers.

9 was bad mapping – you were expecting a passable fence, but came across an impassable hedge – in fact there were a few areas where the map needs a few updates – nice run though – looks cold?
Looks like a hybrid map to me, i.e. not ISSOM. The planner really needs to make adjustments to the map in cases like #9 or use a different control site!
