morning morning welcome to Norway and this stage two of 12 of Norway in yeah more uh normal weather today of uh being in Norway so yeah I’m looking forward to this stage today and now we go for breakfast yeah I was wondering what’s a typical uh Norwegian breakfast for me is bread with slices of ham and cheese and yeah some vegetables and this is not normal with uh with waffles and uh nugatti nugatti it’s is almost the same as Nutella which yeah I’m just enjoying today because yeah you are here so the plan for today is uh made yesterday together with the Riders and yeah so we can talk about that a little bit later we have a lot of time today we have a really long transfer and uh transfer day we have one one and a half hour to the start and then we have almost 3 hours after with a ferry so yeah and uh I think one of the longest UND sea water tunnels in the world also so that’s something we’re driving to the start of uh stage two now and then the stage also is quite long today we expect it to be around 5 and A2 maybe longer we don’t know 200k for around almost 4,000 elevation M so it’s going to be a really tough stage stage today um but yeah I’m excited to see what we can do I think we have actually a good team that uh that can manage to go to the last climb there is a really uh there is a 5.5 uh kilm climb to the finish with a little flat on the top but yeah that’s steep one also around 88 in average so that’s going to shoit us well uh with the with the Riders we have here so yeah was everybody on time this morning no it was not on time and I know that I told it before also on the camera that I’m yeah that I’m really strict uh about the time I don’t like when people is using my time to to waste the away to just waiting so yeah so but yeah can happen sometimes and it this is I think it’s actually the first time with this team uh no it actually happened in the first stage in antalia this year and then it was you who was late was it I don’t know there was someone from media at least probably me yeah today was me as well right ah it was not so late but yeah you you fix something for the for the story today so yeah so that’s uh that’s important also f [Music] typical no way weather it was just raining this is the [Music] [Music] this your time to chill yeah chill and also yeah talk with the other performance uh performance team that what’s the plan and also some input from from yesterday uh about the yeah about the the performance of uh of the team so yeah just Gathering some information and also telling them information about the whole PL so if I think there is no connection in in for the 4G for the iPad so it’s going to be hard to watch it from the from the car so then they would call me and then we then they will tell me what’s happening in the race if needed so yeah just a short summary of yesterday’s meeting uh we have a plan are we stick to that we still uh stick to that plan uh yeah Owen and Abra will be there in the start for just uh to show that we will not let any big groups go that’s important today and then the rest focus on saving energy and having good position uh for the for the tricky Parts with the narrow roads and yeah we help each other and especially we help Adria because that’s the plan for today making him in a good position before the last climb so we have two not three points today saving energy making him in a good position and from the climb on then we just do what we agreed on in the meeting if we feed for it then you guys talk to each other and then we try it okay yes yes perfect it’s going to be a good day even if it’s a little bit rain outside it’s not going to be really cold and use the guys if you guys need anything then we then you talk together and yeah we bring then one guy bring every every rain jacket or west or whatever okay yes perfect then you can go and uh yell nice nice [Music] [Applause] in the white jersey it’s Rider Number the Wier is Rider number 111 Marco brener from Tudor and in the team classification best team so far is unox mobility yeah we have to improvise a little bit today uh the radio is uh is working from me to the Riders but not receiving the AIO from the Riders so yeah that’s why I have the airie inside a lot just improvise a little bit and hope uh hope we can hear them we we will be a little bit behind but not so far since we are C six today so yeah fingers crossed for this uh solution is working for sure we manage it on the CL what just with the commentator on the radio he just sing something yeah he is always telling uh telling stories and making some jokes and today he was singing so yeah for so what’s the status uh the status of the race is yeah uh as we a little bit expected uh we have a small break four guys in the front um no yeah only one big team that is desam so yeah I think it’s really good for us that uh it’s just a small break and also the peleton is going slowly we have there is they have control over over the break and yeah no it’s just saving energy for the Riders from our team and yeah we had the ab uh no and Owen picking up some stuff from the car so yeah we have uh sort of control of the race from our side maybe hard to see for the people but you have a like a big iPad here with loads of information on it yeah this is V we use it uh to have yeah we use it up in advance to Mark out important points in the in the stage or race we are doing and yeah you see here here is the climb uh which how long the climb is which average The Climb have and how far it is to the climb starts and stuff also we have yeah tunnels and stuff so yeah there overview of the of the rids yeah really good uh uh yeah really good uh equipment or what you can say to have control of the race and also inform the Riders so you don’t have like a long paper list with stuff that it’s that uh that’s important for the race that’s how it used to be right yeah it was uh in the old times not so long ago but yeah yeah but you didn’t uh get to experience those old times because you’re very young DS yeah I’m I’m quite young uh I’m only 20 8 years old so but I’ve been a sport RoR for the I think this is my six years as six years as a sport director now I started as of course at as junior team in this in the small ranks after I stopped cycling myself and then yeah then I just uh developed with these guys from the union team up to the U23 team of the same Club in Norway and then yeah I was there for two two years and and then one year for also for the Norwegian Continental team team cops so and then I was asked uh on Instagram by BS if I what I was doing next year and then uh next year I’m doing this so the typical bus DM everyone got a bus DM I can imagine but uh it’s more the coaching thing that I’m really into and developing Riders and yeah from I see it we are really a team that are developing Riders because uh we have Young Riders we have uh riders that haven’t been uh professional before so yeah we really stick need to stick to the development plan and yeah just uh yeah uh make the Riders improve and yeah because we want to make a big step to to do the F we need to make a big step to do the to F in 2026 um don’t 3 good work it’s really with radio because I can’t hear hear it properly but yeah we we we will make it work yeah sometimes it works a little bit Yeah like if you say something we understand okay good yeah so you heard me okay what you you are hearing me okay yeah yeah okay good just one more to launch me yeah yeah yeah a big one show show your uh you have to gear also I’m forgot to gear before I launched him position those for everybody I think yeah six good job man you need more one more one more good call making it now good call making it now why was this a good call uh because the road is getting yeah really narrow in 9 now so really good call of to just do it now instead of waiting because when the road is narrow it’s going to be really hard for us to move up to to the pelaton again so yeah I informed them about it and then yeah then he made a call to to get the bottles now and here the big star is coming who is that I don’t know his name but yeah someone know the fight for position Stars know the fight for the position come on fight for it now fight with come on boys just fight fight with all the way to the top all the way to the Finish Line just fight with Adria come on isn’t that Adria no that’s opposite a little bit disappointed but yeah can’t happen what do you say to the cers right now to the Riders I will say say the same we we stick to the plan and we we show that we really can do that as a team and uh yeah in the final it’s just up to to who has the best legs and can push the most most lot so then is a little bit uh yeah fair in some way because we were just not strong enough today so still smiling yeah oh man I know I’m not completely ready after 5 hours to push like 20 minutes we we know about yeah yeah so you did what you but we did a good job all the day so that we can be really good today you happy huh can then stay in the grp but yeah why and it’s better to uh to say from when you when you when he was really good got because it was really easy to face and yeah good good day for the team so just uh go in the camp and change and then we can actually almost go I think we just have to what else can we do we just uh have to develop so and they follow the plan right yeah they follow the plan and yeah in the in the climate it’s always as I said earlier just the what who what’s who is uh showing who is the strongest one the legs are showing who is the strongest one in the in the final Club so and when you don’t have the the good uh really good day then it’s then it’s hard to compete with the world to guys for all guys so for
