On this ride, I cycle to Woodbury Common, which is an awesome place for gravel and trail riding. There is so much to do here and so many trails to ride, I still haven’t explored them all yet. I try to retrace some routes that I once rode on my MTB, so I had to pick the right trail for my Creo. There is lots to see on this adventure including the military soldiers who use the common as their training ground, and I unfortunately fall victim to the bog, which ended my ride. My observations are the subject of this ride. So come along and enjoy another great cycling adventure.

used to do if I can remember them it’s been a long time now and but I know some of them I won’t be able to do on the gravel bike yeah it’s just absolutely miles and miles and miles of all different gravel rules in trail you know I’ve been riding this place for years and I still haven’t done a more so uh let’s go and explore and uh as usual guys let’s go and see if we see anything interesting on today’s ride [Music] yeah so I guess it is going to be a lot of uh a lot of Muddy wet Trails up here the amount of rain we’ve had recently so uh in places like this I’m just going to pick my way through [Music] you know I can honestly say I think that’s the first vehicle I’ve ever seen up here but apart from the military vehicles there’s a lot of military up here the Commandos trained up here it’s a great training ground for them yeah what a place to come riding up here you never ever ever get bored riding up wood Ry ever throughout the year it just changes all the time it can be so Bleak here as well [Music] H bro hi guys the best of the best they’re going to [Music] [Music] be yeah normally I would have taken a a right down through sorry I left down through the uh Trails down there but I’m not going to do it on this [Music] thing and that’ll be way too hair [Music] raising yeah so I’m going to go this way [Music] [Music] we’re heading into a uh mock battle I can hear the uh the Commandos firing away in the distance or hell’s breaking loose somewhere keep going guys keep picking my way through the [Music] routs I’m not going the exact way to go on the MTB but close enough [Music] sounds like the battle’s pretty close they’re moving forward quite interesting Is It Anyway best of luck to you my friend [Music] I try see you [Music] [Music] oh it’s all fun and games down [Music] follow [Music] so many ways to go think I’ll go this way yeah you see what I mean with woodb you go from trails to gravel roads just [Music] brilliant so many places to [Music] explore and if you ever empty being up here is fantastic and it’s even more fun if you got an emtv believe me [Music] I know I used to go down this way this this could be a little bit dodgy a little bit dodgy on the um on an MTV trying to ride these paddles down here [Applause] [Music] that looks cool don’t it here comes the M bikers [Music] it’s just beautiful in there a nice way into that noral I’m trying to state of me look at the state of the bike a proper State that’s it been cleaned off I’ve been riding up through the streams to try and clean most of it off it’s absolutely horrendous but look at the state of me my arm get that cable out the way my shoes and my shoes and my legs and my kit I think it’s fair to say I’m full of it well you get that up here get some real real boggy places but it’s all good fun I got to make my way up this way now around the Quarry and I’m going to make my way back home get myself in a shower what a day up here yeah absolutely fantastic it is got to pick your route so pick your route and pick your lines right I’m going to make my way out of here now and get myself home [Music] so many places so many places to go up here you will never ever get bored prise you I’m going down this way and hitting the main road now guys I think with the state of me [Music] I like worse than the kids yeah so I’m tanking it home now going back the quickway back to my house I was going to do another loop but I thought well judging by the state of me I just as well get back and um get cleaned up I can’t clip in either because of the uh Speed play pedals I got a lot of gunk in the um in the cleat hey actually live better right guys that’s it from me for today’s roide I hope you enjoyed that wood is a fantastic place but how’s bows you can get muddy yeah it’s drying off now flaking off FL but anyway but most importantly I have fun I really did but anyway guys until next time you know what you got to do got to make sure you get out there and ride and hopefully 1. Lovely to see Woodbury Common looking as brilliant as I remember it.I hope you didn't dent yourself when you went over? Best regards Sarah

  2. Harvey, that just cracked me up it was so funny I could not stop laughing as this is the sort of thing that happens to me
All of the time and as long as I’m not hurt I laugh at my self as like you said it’s all part of the fun!! However hope you were ok and the bikes not damaged. Carry on with the great vlogs 😂😊😅

  3. I think I jinxed you. After seeing the conditions of the trails I said to myself there's no way he's making it all the way through this ride without falling in the mud at least once. Sorry for jinxing you. Looks like someone is going to be giving their bike a good wash (and themselves, too!). Nice ride. Thanks for sharing.
