Near my parents house I had to go right but the driver approaching me took right of way, turning left. So, hehad the long turn and i had the short turn. He did it fast. At thenext crossing he turn left and i have to be there also. He parks his small car smoothly. I stop next to him,lower my passenger side window and tell the Atlas mountain sheep boy ( probably driving as a marihuar courier) to give way next time. And to drive normal. Mostly they are very brutal/ big moothed but now he agreed. The streets are so narrow that a car hardly fits between the cars parked on both sides.

#1 maybe they were slowing down to ensure they didn't hit anyone who "may" be wandering about. #2 whilst its in everyone's interest to try and reach maximum speed,that's just it, its a limit, not a target, some people either have a slower vehicle or choose to travel, at a slower speed, as long as the vehicle was actually over taking I don't see an issue, only they have slowed you down, personally I would rather not over take on a duel carriage way if I can help it, too many impatient speeding people
Mr Northants Cam might consider not getting up the arse of the car in front when merging. It gives a bit more room to adjust to the traffic. It all comes with experience.

1:01 the car overtakes perfectly fine, as is also keeping a safe distance to the car ahead that was also overtaking. Just because it can't accelerate as fast as cammer doesn't mean it doesn't have a right to overtake the slower moving vehicles. This is basically a video of basic traffic, with Northants Cam ranting for no reason other than traffic held him up for a few seconds.
