    1. Hi I'd like to ask How'd the clubs manage to foster a good relationship with local law enforcement. Seeing how ignorant & negitive the media are with regards to M/C clubs?

    2. Dibber, You might have to look into moving to Malta for the heat to make your bones feel better. H&R.

My question is this; Is there some sort of Club Coalition?

    3. Blimey…you look really well and sound completely relaxed. I see the renewed purpose in your eyes, in your thumbnail pic for this video. I don't know anything about bike clubs but Malta really is a special place. All the best

    4. Glad you are feeling better. You look like you got your batteries recharged over there. Nothing like a warm climate to help issues with bones and joints, I know all about that too.

    5. What I really get out of these kinds of videos, is once you look past all the bullshit there's some really cool people all over the world in every country. There's something to be learned from every single one of them. Glad you had a good time and glad you appreciate other cultures.

    6. Dibs, you really look good, I think this trip was some kind of good for you. If the heat of Malta makes you better, and you want to go, by all means, do it, we are a short time living, and a long time dead, so make the best of the short time you have on this earth.
My only question was kind of asked before, how do the various clubs on Malta keep a good relationship with the powers that be? Here in the US, the various alphabet soup agencies have a long history of trying to screw with the clubs, probably because it makes good TV, holding up all those stolen cuts, and pretending to have made the community safer by taking members of that bad ass biker club (whichever one is the public enemy today) off the street.

    7. Great video. Good to see you had a good time. Love to hear it when clubs can coexist. If we could do that in the US. It be amazing what could get done….Keep riding hard. H&R

    8. Great video DD – A Q for the Skype discussion but some context first of all. I am curious in cultural development and the timing at which motorcycle clubs/associations "scene" started to develop. The following are purely my own musings and thoughts. So, in terms of the USA, the whole 13 breaking away from the AMA and birth of MCs etc was at a time when the USA was starting to influence and become involved in the theatres of other countries – a pioneering spirit still in the blood and the start of a period of what might be termed as a teenage global "arrogance" (not to be confused with supporting allies inn WW2 etc!! and the UK went through the same stage) – whilst I have no first hand experience, the USA scene seems to be a little chaotic now and still working through that starting point. In the UK, the post war youth culture caught up with cheap transport and MCCs took off with a later American MC influence in the '60 leading today to a slightly more settled scene than in the USA, maybe underpinned by a the British angst of needing to a bit more organised and restrained. OK rambling over and now my question.

Q: Malta now has a utopian biking scene and club structure. What cultural Maltese phenomenon/attribute has contributed to this and was this also influenced by the developmental stage of Malta at the time the biking scene emerged and developed?

    9. It sounds like you have found your heaven! If it really is your thing, plus it is as therapeutic as you say. And seeing as you are thinking of emigrating. – Give it a try! It clearly has been a life changing experience for you! As my mate Tony from Selby says -' Faint heart never fucked a pig!'

    10. sounds absolutely a bike lovers paradise and a place for achy old buggers like me 🙂 you look like youv really enjoyed that foreign adventure and as others have said go for it dibber you only live once……..iv a place in central france and trying to locate local clubs to visit on next trip in a few weeks…………stay safe and stay happy dibberinthewind and thanks for another eye opening video
      H&R moses

    11. What an ideal. Hopefully we'll see that some day in the United States. I'm not a club member but I'd love to see peace in the community. Who wouldn't?

    12. It seems like their culture has much more of a bearing than black and white words in a book. I am very happy for you that your trip was so awesome. The underlying frustration that bubbled through in your past videos (and rightly expressed….some people need to be educated) seems like it has evaporated. This could be a turning point in your life! Ride on!! 🤘

    13. Dibber, this is probably a stupid question but I recently started riding (less than six months) and even though I'm still on L plates I want to get involved with the local biker scene, not necessarily just the MC scene but the biker scene in general. I don't really use social media but what would be the best way about getting involved, considering most bikers don't really care for L plate riders. Cheers. H&R as always.

    14. ::: Waves ::: If you felt that much of a difference then yeah, go for it. Getting old sucks. – One thing I noticed when coming back to the US after living in Europe; bikers here feel they have to prove themselves. Over on your side of the pond (back then) the riders had more of a sense of equality. And when there were differences as long as it didn't affect others it was laisser fare. Of course that was before globalizing 1%'ers, too.

    15. Hi
If you want wonderful weather, a thriving motorcycle community & the 100's of 1000's of kilometres of the best roads / scenery with a fairly relaxed attitude from traffic law enforcement = move to South Africa.
      Bikers paradise, I tell you…..
