Via Lake Prespa and Lake Ohrid we ride through mountains towards the sea.

[Music] [Music] a few days ago we crossed the border to North Macedonia it took us by surprise to be there so fast so we needed some time to acclimatize which we did in the city of Bola we took a day of rest after quite some climbing the past days Bala is a small City with one Main Street a big fruit vegetable flea market and an interesting mix of architecture and people after Bola we continue our journey via Lake Prisa towards the Albanian border [Music] a [Music] [Music] this morning uh we are riding out of Bola the first Macedonian City we have encountered it’s also the second largest city after Scopia which is the capital uh actually we’ve been already been climbing for more than 20 kilometers it’s doable I can still talk as you can hear uh and it’s all on this little unused Road actually we’re driving parallel with the main road but because it’s so foresty you barely see it or hear it and on this road there’s no one which makes the climbing a bit more relaxing and I could even say that I’m really starting to get like this Cadence that I can really be like in The Climb before I was always just like I don’t like this I want to be on top of the mountain and now I’m just like okay this is what we’re doing it’s what we’re doing right now let’s keep on doing [Music] it oh you my b g [Music] [Music] o k that [Music] [Music] [Music] hotel with the l view hotela it’s quite windy in winter [Music] goodbye [Music] ni say hello to Albania hello guys neural Albania hi guys the sheep and the cow and the goats the sheep and the cow and the goats and the sheep and the goow and the goats Al Chase D [Music] so it’s been raining all night and all morning here is our improvised camp we removed the inner tent and uh now we’re making breakfast coffee so we can hit the roads in reindeer woohoo live [Music] a [Music] what [Music] look what I found in the Albanian Supermarket Let’s test it m super sweet um like super sugary grape shoes [Music] actually looks better than it tastes e [Music] [Music] [Music] oh [Music] how you feel how you feel [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] what day is it today news Sunday and what time is it today news M 7 30 that’s what we do cleaning the bikes on a Sunday morning our favorite activity [Music] oh [Music] [Music] [Music] yesterday I found this fell on the beach and he has a message for you all watching hello don’t throw your plastic in the sea or you will soon end up like me [Music] [Music] w a [Music] [Music] oh [Music] [Music] [Music] that was the steepest descent we’ve done so far just a quick Albanian ice cream rating cuz it’s so hot and we really needed to cool down cuz my armpits are as hot as my brakes right now I I got this cheesecake uh blueberry ice cream which I’m going to have a lot more this holiday cuz it’s amazing get some fat buttery nine regular Magnum kind of thing 5 out of 10 sorry 5 more kilometers and we’re in the center of tyan capital of Albania it’s crazy hot here it’s uh middle of May it’s 30° C in the shade so way too hard to cycle h SP [Music] [Applause] my [Music] that was it for now thanks for watching if you enjoy our adventures be sure to hit the Subscribe button and give give us a big thumbs up it helps us grow our little channel for more daily updates go follow us on Instagram lots of love from the road Lena and Neils
