T pachar is almost always mentioned in the same breath as your teammate of course you and as finger go they both have two TR France wins a pace and it’s easy for us to say that they are together a level above everybody else is that how it’s seen within the team because we also have preo Ro glitch against you guys this year we’ll have Remco racing as first trade of France do you think that Tad and yunas are a level Above the Rest um that’s that’s what I what that’s what you would say but I think uh soon as you start underestimating your other uh opponents you’re doing something wrong so I’d say of course when whenever Pacha is at the start if it’s a tour of flers or I’m sure next year he’ll try to go for parir next year you heard it here first um you always need to need need to make sure you keep an eye on on Pacha um but yeah if if you if you let if if Pacha and and yonas are looking at each other this year and Remco and Primos they go they take two minutes yeah they’re not going to close it by yourself so um I think physically pure physically yonas and Pacha are the strongest but uh with with a strong flat time Trail Remco has for example it can also be of a great danger so these four guys they’re going to battle for the four first four spots in the T France in my opinion we are all desperate for uh recovering yona’s finger go to be as close to his top level as possible to see this huge showd down at the tur of France What could can you tell us about how he’s recovering right now I also spoke about with my Dutch colleagues on the commentary earlier before and um I was saying as a as a cyclist your recovery never goes as fast as you would want it to go so I’m I’m sure y’s recovery is is going is going okay but time will tell if it’s good enough for the tour to France I mean uh you would rather do uh VO2 max intervals yesterday than in two days you know like you’re always looking ahead and it’s never enough and you’re like uh you can now with all the data all the Watts you can also compare your your level to to last year last year I could do I could do this this this amount of power this much what per kilo for so many minutes and now I can only do this so um I think you’re comparing comparing a lot and uh time will tell uh what how good he can go to uh to fenza you and Dan were having an interesting conversation as we were watching the racing earlier and he was asking how closely you guys are keeping an eye on Tad during this race and whether you think it’s a good thing for your team chances that he’s racing so hard or whether it is as I said earlier perhaps a little bit intimidating are you are the team are the writers are the management looking closely at T or is it that classic thing of we can only prepare what we can prepare I think it’s we can only prepare what we can prepare and I think also is that true or is that what you have to [Laughter] say no but I I think also if you if you really think if you look look at this G what T is doing right now it’s what what expected is what the world expects him to do if they go to the to the final climb the bunch complete everybody expects him to win so if he win if he goes on to win seven stages he’s going to be it’s going to be an extraordinary performance but it’s it’s it’s difficult to say but it’s almost normal that he wins so many stages because he’s the only Rider with such a great class with such great capacities uh being at the start line and it’s kind of like you say yis in case we’ll be looking at data points from last year comparing his progress this year in his recovery only tday and his coaching staff will know how hard he’s actually gone in this J comparing the data from these stages which he’s been winning comparing it to days where he’s been suffering trying a lot harder and where they think he is fatigue wise and how much he’s put into the Juro and I love those question marks all I hope for is that we get the big fall that we spoke about at a very similar level in the tour to France what I do know is that the scientists and coach at Vis M Lisa bike will be a bit more high brow than he got a red nose did you hear that c he’s getting sick what I’m reading into your answer anyway Natan is we can only prepare what we can prepare but we’re keeping a close eye on Tad Pacha all the see him and I think that’s very wise indeed because this man is quite simply on fire right now isn’t he

    1. I've not watched the video yet but I feel like this video is bait to see what the majority of us feel about the lads that are on "the program"
I actually found out what his numbers were on Foscagno on Sunday. He had an avg of 6.2watts/kg for the final 35 mins and while he was chasing Niaro he did 6.9watts/kg for 13 mins and this was all at altitude, ABOVE 2000mtrs!!!! He also beat that climb by 4½ mins by a KNOWN DOPER and Pogi did it with such ease!! Get a clue people. Do research yourselves!! This is much more than "above and beyond" the rest! This is blatantly UN-NATURAL. People say "give me proof" or "he has never given a positive test result" but that is the most ridiculous response. The greatest dopers didn't get caught by the testing! It usually came out YEARS later. What people fail to realise is that when you spend €100,000s on these "Drs", of course the juice itself is important but the MOST IMPORTANT thing they are offering is the ability to beat the testing protocols and system!! We know who owns Team UAE and they have UNLIMITED money, lack of standards and morals, they're greedy and they are willing to win and be THE BEST AT ANY AND ALL COST!!! Let's not forget what "Dracula Gianetti" was wrapped up in and caught doing ywars ago!! I've done a fair bit of research on this the past 3 years and I've looked into how the doping is done and how the testing system and protocols are seriously flawed and lacking
All these people won't admit he's on "the program" and it's staring them in the face! If you heard ALL the commentators after Sundays win, they were literally lost for words. They did not know what to say because it was SOOOO UNBELIEVABLE!!! These are ex pro riders and they can't even believe what they saw. WADA is a joke and not catching these doping programs. The police and law enforcement agencies need to be brought into this like they did with Bahrain Victorious at TDF few years ago and like they did with the Festina affair in '98 or '99 and do search warrants, CRIMINAL investigations and do LONG TERM surveillance on the teams and the Drs. It's the only way they will catch them!! They arent going to get them with testing

    3. Tadej is a stronger all-around rider. Jonas is a great climber, But he really needs a team. You won't see Jonas at Flanders or any big monument race. He is a GC rider in tours. Tadej wants to be the best at everything.

    4. Jonas is only better than Pogi at very hard, long, preferably hot mountain climbs, which is unfortunately for Pogi the thing you need most to win the Tour de France. I think with Pogi looking a lot lighter this year and Jonas not being at 100% (probably) it might be the first Giro Tour double in a long time.

    5. Overall Pog is far superior to Vinegar. Vinegar is a one trick pony, he cannot win a stage in a sprint, cannot win a one day classic, cannot ride the cobbles. Pog can do all those, and on occassion drop Jonas on climbs. Neither are close to the caliber of Merckx, Coppi, Hinault, but as far as today's racers, Pog is definitely the best.

    6. Pogi is the best overall rider ,classics, mountains, flat tt hilly tt , gravel ,bad weather etc those other guys have to peak to beat pogi , pogi dropped yonas and remco in a race last yr before the tour
