gate open we’ve got a few in there look mobilize Financial Services a Nissan and come on give me a Renault there it is at the back Renault group very nice they’ve got their own little private area in here all barrier controlled it does look very very nice doesn’t it there uh I don’t know why this gate hasn’t closed cuz it is electric maybe that closes when everybody has left we do have somebody’s sitting there let’s see uh G4S just looking at his phone and what’s behind driving electric or something like that so yeah the place looks fantastic do it oh we’re being approached G4S what’ you admitted to Breaking the Law no siia license on display but of course flying a drone over commercial isn’t against the law is it unless you are in an frz you’re near an airport to a prison and guess what right now we are near denim denim Airfield and I just tried to call them at the previous site and they’re not answering oh actually we’re just out of it now look at that we’re out of the F frz so the Drone is going up baby let’s get David up and see what this place looks like from above so as always we’ve checked on drone assist we are now outside of the denim airspace look very close but we’re outside of it so we got the Drone ready we’ll get oursel over here onto the studs make sure we’re taking off from the public land and let’s go to have a lock shall we not allowed to take the drone over yes we are takeoff home Point updated so the last bit of Lights now I wonder what’s in that middle area looks interesting do it from here it just looks like a wall but it’s actually a building and I did say what’s at the back it said nothing you’ve got a nice size car park back there and is that some electric vehicle charging that I can see yes it is oh underground car park as well nice keep your car clean and dry so other than that there very nice roofs have some good LOF space up there don’t there airon very comfortable lovely trees look it’s very nice but I need to see what this building is so we’ll get as low as we can so that I can still see the Drone which will be about about there I’m not going to be able to see under the L my but I take it that is some sort of entrance just under there and this will be some sort of Fountain yes very nice so what’s the problem guys you should be showing this place off it’s fantastic Renault and Nissan I’ve got a lovely little office location here in rickmansworth is it yep and if you don’t want to show everybody then I will so let’s get the whole site in one shot for them next time I want the siia license to be on display Mister we don’t want anyone breaking the law do we oh look a nice little picnic area behind this the grass is mowed very nicely yeah we get the gist and we even got a better Angle now haven’t we should we go around here yeah that’s it that’s what we needed to do get this sort of angle and then zoom in and is at the canteen got lots of chairs around the outside okay Drone footage complete
