[Music] hello hello it is April and I am starting a new hobby which is very exciting this hobby is um a little thing called Running which I know a lot of other people are into as well but I’ve decided to try it out as you know I got covid in January and so I canceled my spin membership just I could not go as often as I wanted to and it was pretty pricey and I kind of haven’t been exercising really since then because yeah I was sick so now I’m ready to like start exercising again slow and steady cuz I’m doing the NHS uh couch to 5 km which a friend told me about and it is so dang cute they’ve got like an app and everything where they kind of tell you when to walk and when to run and it’s like really gradual and it eases you into it and so far it’s been like really achievable I call it a walk run cuz you walk then you run then you walk then you run then you walk then you run um so in total like I’ve only run like 10 minutes max but it’s nice to kind of have a little hobby to get me out of the house every second day okay let’s go for the walk run let’s go outside and I’ll take you on my walk run [Music] okay that’s it I just completed week one of the couch to 5 km and it feels amazing it was super managing I feel like I’ve noticed my speed increased just that little bit I’ve noticed my lung capacity when I’m running feel like it can take on a longer run each time which are all super positive signs and it’s also been so nice to get out and about into the beautiful Park and join the running Cruise Liam’s parents are in town so today we’re going to head out on a bit of a fun adventure day with them [Music] [Music] our favorite ice cream in [Music] London Tamal [Music] thank you so [Music] much have a lovely day enjoy [Music] [Music] see [Music] we just had a lovely lunch at top paath top paath is tasty tasty uh Cafe Restaurant they do like breakfast lunch and and then dinner on some of the weekends um and and yeah we just love going down there it’s just so nice to sit a by the water or the canal but also the food’s like really good so anyway we just had lunch there and we just got home and we have a little delivery it’s from hles and a few months ago we signed up to their subscription boxes so essentially they’ll send this subscription box with product in it uh once a month and you kind of like it’s a mystery but it’s pretty fun for us so now let’s open it together and see what they’ve sent us to O seawe tea yay I’ve had their seawe tea and I’ve got um facials and it’s really bloody tasty but also very expensive that’s great oh my God that’s like a full size product and then what else have we got ooh a probiotic only one probiotic though so we’ll have to uh Liam and I will have to rock paper scissors who’s getting who’s getting their nutrients this month but yeah I just love these little subscription boxes from a brand we genuinely want to support that we love what they’re doing and of course make really nice product so this is this is so fun to receive every month okay that’s enough about the heo subscription box [Music] [Music] hello hello I’m coming at you from barall in Devon yesterday we left London hopped on the train with our bikes four of us are here together and we’re here to do the TKA Trail it’s like a big cycle route I think it’s 180 miles but yeah we got here we did a little bit of it yesterday to check it out it’s really nice and wide it’s all paved it’s just like full of cyclists and Walkers so there’s no cars making it really relaxing and very stressfree and today we’re going to I guess officially start it it’s a really nice way to travel I think if you’re into cycling you get to kind of like take a slower Pace you see a lot of nature I really like it and we pretty much like you know we cycle but I really think like 80% of the trip is just sitting at cafes and having tea and having a cake kind of just cycling to the next place that you can stop at so we’re here for the weekend and I thought I’d bring you along it’s really nice scenery it’s so nice to see some nature and we really lucked out with the weather so come along for the spin [Music] [Music] so the TKA Trail we’re doing was once upon a time a big old Railway line and then in the’ 60s they paved it over cuz it wasn’t being used anymore and that is why it is like such a long uninterrupted stretch for us to cycle a really cool part is that we have this Cafe in an old train Carriage which is very cool cool where shall we sit [Music] [Music] [Music] all right our next stop was just 5 miles further and we’re at another kind of um Cafe along the railway tracks and it is absolutely beautiful weather this place has a humongous hot chocolate menu so we’ve ordered a bunch of different hot chies you with your ice cream in a hot chocolate oh God all right we’re getting some roadside fudge getting what have we got butter beer no no butter [Music] butter got tubes we probably Qui get to do new tub um if someone can hold this for me next to the fudge store we’ve had our first flat tire so the folks are just fixing that up [Music] hello from Oak Hampton we stayed here last night after cycling yesterday it was incredible we had such a beautiful day so much nature so many lovely people all sorts of people were just like coming up to have chats with us um along the cycle way as well as like at all the rest stops we went to so super nice people around here and then also like we saw a bunch of lambs and cats and sheep and it was all just so recharging so nice it feels like we’re on a proper holiday or something even though it’s just a little weekend anywh who now today we um we finished the T trail yesterday that finished in meath and then we traveled on to Oak Hampton and today we’re uh cycling through to Plymouth where we’ll get a train back to London and I think there’s like two Trails on that route to Plymouth but don’t know what they’re called and so I’m just going to follow the GPS follow Liam and the Gang and yeah spin the legs again come along [Music] coconut [Laughter] [Music] ice all right the ride is going super well weather’s amazing roads are really nice hello [Music] there sticks sticks aoy all right three should be like this yeah sure three two one drop poop stick oh Sophie that’s mine and that’s mine you got I don’t think one came no yours didn’t arve coming good PLS my St prast tin FR yeah on the table the GL yeah we just have like little but not like [Music] we made it to Plymouth [Music]
