oh the triple there’s been two World Cup so far this year and each time it’s been on it’s made me want to get out and ride some downhill because I haven’t for such a long time and that is why today we have made it to rogate DH I’m actually really excited for today’s session I love to get out and do a bit of downhill and I I really like rogate because it’s really good for both me and Cara there’s some more advanced tracks there’s also beginner tracks that we can ride together and both have fun on I’m on the old mountain you need this here because it’s quite a pedal or a push back up whereas with this weapon you can get so many laps in and Cara is riding the High bike like I absolutely love this bike it’s got 29in wheels which is going to be perfect for the downhill and I’m so excited so I think we should get on the bikes head in there and get riding we’ve made it then to the top of bottle rocket this is our go-to Trail to warm things up it’s super good fun and you’re going to go first I’m going to give you a head start okay and I’m going to see if there’s anywhere that I can make an overtake on you I don’t think you’re going to be quick enough to catch me go go go go go go I don’t know how far to give you here it’s quite a long track okay we’re up a flying start that wasn’t that flying oh near just shot that corner oh I’m panicking he’s going to come for me in a minute she’s all the way there but let’s go she’s not that slow I might not catch her up here we’re going to have to see oh I got such a good slide there I wish you could see that from the side oh God oh my God I can see him I can see him she’s going good I think I’m going to win that was perfect you’re there woo yeah I win no you didn’t win though did you no I did I won leave it in the comments below did she win yes because I got up here quicker than you got up here but I got that gate quicker than you but your Gate’s different to my gate who won then well technically I finished the trail before you it doesn’t actually really matter who won that race although I do think I took it at the end there we’re now going to make our way back up because we want to hit the main line which has some jumps and a little W toil at the end so again I’m going to follow Cara and get a lap oh nice taking The High Line option that’s a sneaky little line wow go go go that’s what I like about rogate is like it gets you good at downhill because there’s a lot of different options to get you confident at it and then you come into jumpy sections yo go go go yes nice it’s just started raining as well sick I love that straight into it so fun yeah that W to at the bottom it’s like you go yeah yeah yeah that’s well good isn’t it yeah nice we’ve pedal our way up to the very top and we’ve gone on to SNM because I was just talking to the guys that run it here and they’ve made some changes and what a surprise we’re greeted with look at this a decent sized very fresh looking jump which just before it has got some insane Corners this is really sick so this one’s been built up which is around the corner and the next one to what we was just looking at then you got the skipper and then you’ve actually got a proper right hip after we’ll go take a look you got a Skipper and a right hipper this was my favorite Trail here anyway and it’s just got a whole load better I can’t wait to hit that and then that goes into the Steep section I’m going to get to the top and give us a run through cuz I’m excited to see what it’s like here we go then first run on the new SNM let’s see what it’s all about so we start with a little drop and then a little skimmer and these BMS are new and resurfaced so they look slippery yo had to put a bit of a pedal in there it’s so freshly done easy over that one oh yes oh that’s better as well oh my God you nice that’s sick that’s the top section the bottom section carries on we’ll do a full run in a minute I just want to hit that again a bit better hello hello what um I’m back at the top now what jump do you think would be good to film we did the first one and now I’m in the middle of there’s like as you come around the corner yeah there’s that dump and then that like like rogate get yourself down that track because it’s so sick back to the top again it’s now time to turn the dial up we’re going to hit tunnel vision which I think is a three dot black Trail and at the halfway point car is going to be there waiting to hit some steep Tech that goes from the fire road down to the very bottom here we go then tunnel vision I was going to clip my bar on the tree there oh that’s a tech little drop that get it KJ go go go oh my God yes go go go yo oh whipper nice oh TR nice got that one yeah that’s actually a really fun one next up the then triple RR it’s actually been shut this afternoon cuz they’ been fixing it and making it smoother so I’m going to see if I can remember the line and get a lap on it we’ve come back to the top then I don’t have a clue what track I’m going to go down but I’m going to head this way towards Tri R rated and see what we’ve got so this is called black tooth I just saw on that sign sounds like a horrible name but then that’s quite good for a downhill track cuz for me the steeper and techier St set of Doom the better oh that quite horrible actually where does it bring us out there not the most graceful turnaround but we’ll go triple R8 now let’s see if I can remember what’s on here oh the triple oh so heavy yo yeah nice oh that triple’s pretty gnarly there we go triple R8 that is such a good track I forgot that triple was on there until I come up to it so I’m going to go back up it’s a pretty big stretch you’ve got to carry the speed around the corners before give it another go and get car to film it from the side that triple such a head Rattler and it’s honestly really hard to keep the speed when you’re coming at it because you got some sharp turns and it feels like as you’re about to take off the first one that you’re going to lose the front and that would be quite a big crash cuz you’re going quite fast and you would end up falling quite far to your face end up in a pile which would result in a bit of a
