0:40 this is identical to what I saw last Thursday. Car decided to u-turn on a busy road from the wrong side of the road. Cyclist approaching. Car almost took them out. If the cyclist hadn't moved out the way, he would've got hit.

Busy, working to targets, elderly spouses, disabled children. Everyone has an excuse for their obnoxious behaviour, I've noticed.

'A bunch of Tankers', Vacuum Tankers, all waiting to get loaded I suspect.

If a Sewage Pumping Station goes down, you cant just switch the incoming flow off, it's got to go somewhere. Until such time as some sort of pumping arrangement can be put in place, the sewage has to be removed with Tankers. A busy site will need all those Vehicles to keep up with the incoming flow.
