    Wout van Aert fera son retour sur le Tour de Norvège jeudi, près de deux mois après sa lourde chute sur A Travers La Flandre. Le coureur de la Visma | Lease a Bike s’est cassé la clavicule, sept côtes et le sternum au cours de cette chute. Après un long travail pour faire son retour, Van Aert voudra surtout monter en puissance et se tester en course en Norvège, selon son entourage. Van Aert a dù modifier son programme et devrait maintenant courir le Tour de France avec les Jeux Olympiques dans le viseur.

    how are you thanks uh yeah I’m happy to be here and uh happy to pin on the number tomorrow again so uh actually uh spirit is is good and U yeah I’m feeling healthy and as well what can you say about the status after what you’ve been true uh yeah it’s been a long rehab uh for my feeling at least um it took quite a while since until I could uh properly train again uh but luckily the last few weeks I was able to do so without too much pain so uh yeah that’s that’s also when we me and the team decided to to try and raise as as soon as possible to get back the good feeling of uh of doing a race and being in the group so uh yeah it’s uh it will be a hard race for uh for my current shape but uh will be hopefully good mentally to be here I’ve been in in the training for for a few weeks now where I could already look for my limits a little bit so yeah I have good good hope that at least we’ll be we’ll be able to to focus on the race and not too much on uh on uh my my feeling from from the injury so uh yeah let’s hope I can I can just do a good race and support the team here and there and and then after a couple of days we’ll see but can you talk a little bit about how it felt when you got back on the bike for the first time uh yeah awful um the first rides I did on the on the Ergo bike where I was able to put the handle bars really high so uh I could could ride in a kind of uh yeah straight position for my back it’s it’s this year that I got to meet better closely and uh yeah it’s a young young talent super strong guy with looks his future looks really promising I believe and uh it’s fun to to find out Norwegians that have uh love for couo Classics so uh yeah that’s uh that’s for sure something that connects us and um yeah it’s it’s good to have him here as as well as a guide for us uh he’s always uh talking about the beauty of Norway and I have to admit today was a beautiful ride and beautiful weather
