[Music] welcome back to another video today we’re at odan for the Baff aflon I’m TR store 2 which means I’m doing a 1500 M run a 6K bike and a 600 M run let hope the rain stays off and it is spitting right now it’s a nice loose track to race on all racked up in transition and just had a bit of [Music] Thunder got some highlights of the trar 3 [Music] you [Music] Alex push push push go go go stand up go Jacob the guys out the front were pushing a hard Pace from the start I couldn’t stick with it so I set it into my own [Music] pace the Run course went all the way around the cycle [Music] track here are the first few places come into transition [Music] I’m as you can see I put my cycle shoes on before getting on my bike some people did the whole race in their trainers IED to decide which is quicker for me [Music] jaob I was really attacking this bike as I knew I was quite far back and needed to make cut places [Music] good work mate one more after this okay here [Music] [Music] on to the last lap of the bike [Music] [Applause] push out push [Music] out whilst I’m changing my shoes over the T I’ve come in with had trainers on for the whole race or straight out into the run I’m not doing a dance in the middle of transition I’m still trying to get my shoe on [Music] [Applause] [Music] W kill [Music] it welcome [Music] good work mate all the way great work mate well done good work well done finished racing it’s a fast race I came six it was a really good race I’m happy with my result it the first run was really fast and I couldn’t stick with the leaders going onto the bike I was quite far back back but made up a lot of positions on the run on the on the second run I ped through to the end thanks for watching please remember to like subscribe and share and check my t-shirt shop Link in descriptions
