I bought my dream dirt bike, but I don’t know what to do with it! So I need some help to decide what to do with this very special motorcycle…. Ever since I was a kid I’ve loved the Suzuki RM250, in my opinion it’s the sexiest bike of the 2 Stroke era that I grew up in, so when I found this brand new 18-year-old 2006 RM 250 I couldn’t believe my eyes. I just had to own it….so here we are! But should we ride it? or should we leave it as it is? Let me know what you think!
Thank you to Washbrook Farm MX for their help in making this video 🙂

I bought my dream dirt bike but I don’t know what to do with it and that’s where you guys come in let me explain this might just be the biggest thing we’ve ever done on this channel so let me tell you why it’s so important to me and why it might be cool for you guys too we get to build ride and film some incredible two-stroke motorcross bikes on the 99 laser Channel and you guys have been with us for many of those [Applause] Adventures what’s the with him yeah [Music] [Applause] [Music] it’s been one hell of a ride so far but I feel like all of these videos have just been building to this moment however there’s one bike that I’ve always wanted to own but I’ve never had the chance one of my earliest Motocross memories actually one of the earliest memories that I have in general happened when I was 6 years old in 2001 and my dad came home with a brand new 2001 zuzuki RM to 250 it was the first brand new bike that he’ bought himself since he got back into the sport a few years earlier and he said that it was the best handling machine that he’d ever thrown a leg over and I looked on in awe and from that moment on I was hooked on Motocross and my love affair with zuzuki two-strokes had begun as the years rolled on and I got more invest Ed into the sports and watched more racing my love affair with Suzukis only intensified fast forward a few years and we now reach the height of my Motocross obsessed childhood it’s 2005 2006 and for the past few years I’ve been watching Ricky carmichel dominate the world on board the yellow brand and that’s after I watched my 2002 mxgp season review DVD on repeat and watched muel earn eternal glory on board his RM 250 so it’s safe to say that zuzuki made a strong impression on young Max ever since those days I’ve had a slight fascination with the RM250 I think it’s just the sexiest bike to ever exist and through our adventures on the channel I know that there’s a lot of people around the world that agree with me and think like I do [Music] nearly a million of you guys have watched and enjoyed this video we made at Doncaster motor park with this lovely 2006 zuzuki RM250 we made this video with help from Friends of the channel Rob and Joe crof this is their bike and this shoot day really reignited my burning desire to own an RM 250 2005 2006 2007 that’s the era that I’m most nostalgic for particularly 2006 because that’s the year that I came into my own as a young Rider I’ve got some very fond memories of the 2006 season so I’ve always wanted to own an RM250 and a 2006 RM250 in particular but of course by the time that I came of age and had the means to bu myself brand new bikes the era of the two-stroke was well and truly over and Suzuki hadn’t made the RM250 in over 10 years but the dream wasn’t over I kept my eyes open and my ears to the ground looking searching hoping for the right bike to come my way and through our work on this channel in our pursuit of telling the coolest Moto stories in the world we stumbled across a unicorn an RM250 like no other we found a brand new never been used 2006 RM250 a real time capsule back to the Glory Days of my Motocross childhood and I thought that you guys would like to see it up close [Music] so here it is in all its Glory the real deal and not only did we track this bike down to do some filming with it but when I saw it I just knew I had to own it this bike represents the biggest single investment in the Channel’s history but now that you guys have seen the bike you’ve got to help me out with a huge dilemma [Music] as you can probably guess this bike wasn’t cheap but if we leave it as is untouched it will most likely appreciate and value over the years but on the other hand if we do ride it and we do use it for what it was created for we’d probably lose 50% of what we paid for it right then and there as soon as we turn a wheel and that’s where we need your help bikes like like this for riding right not just to look at I personally don’t really believe in ornamental bikes but my accountant would beg to differ so what would you guys do I’m going to give you guys two options and I need you to vote in the comments Down Below on what you think we should do with this bike option one is to keep the bike as it is untouched we’ll lock it away in a vault and go and look at it every now and then when we need a smile and we’ll just hope that in time it will increase in value that’s what we’ll call the smart investment move and then we have option two the crazy premix Fiel two-stroke fanatic option where we Kickstart this thing into life but if I’m going to do that I’m going to do it the right way if you guys vote for option two in the comments down below I’m going to give my friend and our Channel test rider Sean Smith the chance to race this bike at Farley Castle vets MX which is quite possibly the best vets and Evo Motocross event on planet Earth it’s an incredible event full of Legends and cool bikes and currently sha is signed up to race his 1991 rm125 at the event but like I said if you guys Vote for This option in the comments down below we’ll give sha the opportunity to make the upgrade of a lifetime and switch his 125 for this brand new RM so here’s the deal guys if you want to see Shan erase this machine at Farley Castle vote in the comments down below and let your voices be heard if the majority of the comments are in favor of sha racing and this video gets 10,000 likes then we’ll give sha the opportunity to win a ride on this bike by completing a classic 999 laser challenge the power is in your hands guys so get commenting like the video and share it with all of your two strike loving friends to make sure that we get to see something very cool happen this summer let’s do this will we ride it will we race it the power is in your hands you guys will decide leave your votes in the comments down below [Music] we wouldn’t be able to pull the trigger on ambitious video projects like this one without the support of our sponsors 24 MX so whether you’re looking for a nice chair to relax in at the races or a new Paddock stand like this racing line Pro Works down here be sure to check out 24mx there’s links in the description down below as always a huge thank you to those guys for supporting what we do and helping us to make videos like this one as always guys thank you for watching I hope hope you enjoyed this video and I hope you’re ready for what we’ve got in store for you this summer I want to say a big thank you to washbrook farm for letting us come down here today to film but as always my name is Max you’ve been watching 999 laser until next time I’ll see you at the track come line them up two that’s fine with us three come line them up four 5 f with us one going L 2 yeah it’s f with us 3 go lot them up that’s l

Option 1 keep it looking good although it would be nice to see it run.its a hard one.
Option 2 grip it and rip it
Option 1👍
Option 2, no question. Option 1 is for 4 stroke riders.
I hate to say it but definitely hands down option 1. Keep it mint, because once it’s gone it’s gone and you will not find another one
Option 1
Option 2. it’s a dirt bike…so what if it’s worth more in x amount of years , what fun would that be? Also what would you do with the money you get for it? Piss it up the wall or buy a Tesla?….you’ve always wanted one, so race that bike like it was built to do, use it and get the joy you’ve always wanted now. Life’s too short, you could be dead by the time it’s worth a bit more than you paid for it? Ride that sucker! 🏁
Option 2 you can look after it and still look at it and it will make you smile even more riding it. Iv never understood why anyone buys cars and bikes and don't use them buy a used one and ride it.
My dad has a mint 2006 rm 250 amd its a beast
Option 1 for Christ sake. Find a used one to race.
Dont value money. Just ride the bike. Its a beauty made for riding
option 2
Option 1
I agree with the suggested Option 3 – find a used one and ride that instead.
Option 2. Surely a no brainer. The value of seeing/experiencing the RM ripping it up, ABSOLUTELY PRICELESS. Go for it Boys.
1. Got to be preserved
bikes are built to be ridden – the story ends there if you ask me, they are not ornaments and they are not to be hung over a fireplace hoping for financial gains later, tomorrow is no guarantee – live today and ride as often as you can
Opiton 2 rip that thing
Sound like u need two show pice & a rcerer
Race it….HARD
Both options come with regret I believe, but you guys rode a lot of unique dirt bikes, unlike me, so it wouldn't be such a new thing for you.
I would definetly ride it, because I only dream about riding these machines, so I would say option 2.
All suzuki has to do is just make these again. They'd be swimming in more than enough money then to R&D the rmz450 for an update.
Leave it
I think I would be option 1,you won't find another like it,I am racing the world vets so if option 2 happens atleast I can see it 😊
Keep
Bye another one
