    nice ask each to cook three courses the fish is really soft and just melts in your mouth and get them to score in secret on today’s show monstrous mollusks I just can’t do c it’s a risk you take yeah I won’t cry about it now I’ll get over it soon enough candid conversations might be young but the KN are out oh meow Jasmine’s a feisty one she’s going to be hard to impress tomorrow for certain and daring disclosures get them out get them out get them out that was disgusting as six cook fancy nosh for a tray of Doh oh [Music] yes today’s professional competition comes from Swansea and it was the msh who first put beer into tins very Conny and hoping to bring some cheer to proceedings a childhood mates Ash and soue for whom life’s a beach at seafront restaurant adelina’s we are good together if I shout at him he gets it if he shout at me I get it everything has to be spot on and only then I will let it go out we stand out I think our food speaks for itself it tastes as good as it looks it’s not just carer on the plate it’s it’s quality on the plate really I think definitely this is the winning menu our food is going to be amazing and they’re kicking off with dessert caramel biscuit cheesecake interesting it’s an Indian restaurant but we’ve kind of put a kind of twist to it this is modern Indian Fusion the cheesecake it’s it’s very smooth and silky melts in your mouth melts in your mouth h my worst nightmare not exactly a great start meet our next restaurant Chef Jazz and manager Britney from juniper place we are going to win are we confident we got to back ourselves fighting talk car coriander that’s my girl looks like a match made in heaven so has it always been BFS forever me and Britney met maybe a little bit head on I feel because uh it was kind of back of house front of house um right yeah exactly service please ladies I’ve got the pancake special L thank you you’re welcome enjoy both of us being young and growing with ongoing food Trends and stuff it’s just nice to elevate our skills and hopefully show that to others over at Adelina Ash mixes butter and biscuits for his base I think that’s flat enough what you reckon s yeah that’s perfect love cheesecake can’t go wrong with the cheesecake love caramel meet our final restaurant brothers-in-law Matthew and Nathan who enjoy some family Run fun at the dwin arms I think we’ve got a really good relationship lots of B there we wouldn’t fall out we don’t fall out anyway I have the last word and then he listens most of the time [Music] so my strong point is definitely face to face with customers with regards to the food I leave it all tomato thank you very much it’s wholesome food it’s good food Dillan arms is definitely home from home for the staff and for old customers sounds lovely how’s that cheesecake coming along Su as long as it looks good it’ll taste good well that’s simply not true they got to really impress me with that one but we’ll see in goes the mixture and it’s time for the topping go and Ash you can do it dessert done wow you re Su I re it looks good hopefully it set in time that’s the only thing I’m worried about if it doesn’t set in time it be quite too soft on to the main Lamb Chop Sila and samundri macki with peel out rice and garlic Nan I’m excited to try something new in in an Indian restaurant because it’s something I haven’t had before and I love Indian food yeah hi love Indian food oh my gosh and so far it’s a marvelous mingling of ingredients plenty of meat plenty of meat meat is good they throw in garlic and ginger mixed spice gar Masala and Tika paste there’s no weight or no measurement so it’s by sight so you can say a secret cuz I can’t even tell you how much I put in I just judge you by looking at it so then Ash gives it some elbow grease just going to get stuck now he’s left me to do all the dirty work at least you got gloves on they’ll leave it to marinate before it’s turn in the tandor tonight I don’t know what a Sandry matchi is no it’s fish curry it’s a officially the best fish dish in Swansea I would say yeah very good and I imagine it’s fairly sophisticated we keep this quite simple cuz we want fa of the fish to come out more all right it’ll be pan fried tonight with a coconut sauce and serve with the friend next up the starter Samosa chat I do like samosas M why are you Whispering I think it’s a winning dish cuz it’s so flavorsome you got this vegetables you got this chickpeas and it’s just Bas them with flavor in your mouth I love a chat so jolly good I love s each so we have the chickpeas we have the diced onions and peppers we have the coriander pomegranate goes in it as well prep done they’ll put it all together later and Fry their samosas for service you got this yeah yeah we got this I’m looking forward to having this food it looks delicious that’ll fill you barely that will fill you barely first to arrive at jzz and Brit hello Hi how are you nice to meet you meet you thank going as submerges his samosas while suj gets his chickpeas on the go everything all right I hate waiting give you chickpeas a chance I hope our Samosa chat will get them chatting all right that’s enough that they load up their plates with the chickpeas and top them with the veggie Parcels there we go service please and there it is Samosa chat with coriander sauce and pomegranate thank you looks so colorful thank you should we dig in yeah thank [Music] you I’m loving a pomegranate giving a real burst of flavor nice set the spice in there as well it’s really nice all the flavors compliment each other it was lovely it was big and filling so but it was nice I enjoyed it I I like it but I think if it was a bit more Spicer I probably couldn’t have eaten it but I’m enjoying it I am enjoying it yeah I didn’t put no chili in there so I don’t know what they felt in their mouth bit spicy for me yeah but not too spicy that I couldn’t eat it yeah you’re not my SP personally too much chickpeas for me as nice as it is there is a lot of chickpeas my mouth is tingling thoroughly enjoyed the Samosa chat it’s a good name cuz at Britney loves a chat as well she doesn’t stop talking how do you two get on with we kind of grew up together primary school went to high school together and then I was on the point like you have to come and work here so with you two being as close as you are do you Becker quite a lot so I can pick up before he gets annoyed and he can pick up when I get annoyed did you ever a plan when you were younger like working together no well sujan is U more of a artist he used to yeah he used to draw a lot man of many talents master of none from the word go today everyone’s got on really well there been not one awkward silence I’m feeling quite confident they did finish 50% so it’s a good sign stter done Su skewers his chops and shoves them in the Tandoor our main course is the one it’s a winner winner winner lamb for dinner next he throws in onions spices and a spoonful of gravy to get his sauce sizzling I’m in my element here thank you nature s pan fries the sea bass and adds coconut milk to the curry sauce so I make it taste good Ash is going to do the garnish and make it look good so teamw work is teamw finally the Nan goes into bake and the chops are stirred into the sauce so can you see the color changing [Music] now there it is lamb chop Silla and samundri macki with peow rice and a garlic nan oh there big thank you oh you guys enjoy lovely I love the lamb I’m not too sure on the fish but there’s nothing wrong with it it’s just taste wasn’t expecting a fish so it’s a nice surprise uh I’ve had a king Pro and K which I is not the same but but what no I am not a a fish curry definitely not a salmon salmon but I enjoyed that I don’t I don’t think it’s SE bass see I think it’s lovely and the fish is really soft and just melts in your mouth so I think fish like with the sauce and stuff maybe it was just I don’t know like too many confusing flavors for me but the L is beautiful I must say I’m really enjoying it there’s a bit too much CR for me other than that I’m enjoying oh my gosh that lamb I’ll be dreaming about it that bar is set now and it’s high I think we’ve got some work to do definitely have some work to do what were your dreams when you were younger I don’t know if you can tell CU it’s just night one but I’m quite dramatic you’re bubbly yeah as a child I was always you know like around the house doing shows my for my mom and dad so I always thought it was going to be an act are we going to have a show no no no show I think she likes to be in the spotlight yeah she very bubbly but she’s got a character to be in the spotlight she’s fantastic she’s really fun she’s been great laugh tonight so the restaurant is called Adelina is that named after anyone Adelina comes from an opera singer she’s a famous wels opposing of so they might be named after your nan or something oh your nan oh he’s pleased with that one they give off like older brother Vibes yeah definitely like with the dad jokes landing and stuff I think the boys liked it the best cuz their plate was pretty much overall everyone did itoy everyone time for [Music] dessert I think it looks good and the moment of truth so do you want to help me it doesn’t look like it it’d be all right is it meant to do that oh no what you reckon it needed a bit more time to set get the sea bass thing the sea bass thing oh a fish slice do steady that’s dessert done so he’ll have to do what he said caramel biscuit cheesecake well the top part anyway okay Britney that’s yours go the size of this cheesecake lass come I need a doggy P oh my goodness could have done with a bit more time to set B taste spot on lovely thank you is there a reason why there’s no base couldn’t get it up I do have half a base oh you do I didn’t even know what is it have base it is lovely though I was hoping for something to complement the the meain and the St there I think for something as simple as a cheesecake I think it could have been done better it does taste so nice but so sweet I couldn’t eat all of that it’s so sickly but like in a good in a good way cheesecake for a dessert it is one of my head hits it’s just not for me but it does taste good I think it’s a mixed positive so I’m I’m happy with that Jasmine looks like uh you’re the youngest Chef on the table Yeah I think as a young female chef um I have a lot to learn but I also have a lot to show so don’t get it twisted I might be young but the night her out oh meow Jasmine’s a feisty one she’s going to be hard to impress tomorrow for certain I expected it from Jasmine I was saying earlier like no she’s got something about it she’s going to come out well I said at the start I like to leave with the full B I’ve had all three courses so you’ve done well VI I do apologize Lads I don’t think I’ll have room for yours tomorrow I think the whole evening’s gone well we go in the back there you go scores please I Lov the lamb but the dessert kind of let it down it really did so for that reason we’re going to give suan Ash a 14 the starter for me was off the chart the lamb was a delight but the cookie crumbled on a dessert so for that reason we’re scoring Ash and Su 16 adding up to a 30 point start for [Music] adenas it’s it’s day two in Swansea where Matthew and Nathan from the dwin arms are hoping to out cook the competition our night’s going to be better cuz we’re back in our our own food we got something different to last night yeah we’re confident with our food our choices sounds promising first up the starter cockal in a lava bread bacon garlic and leak sauce how wonderfully Welsh I’m not a fan of cockal or lava bread cogs and La bread are a certain taste some people might not like them but um I think they’ll enjoy to try them care to Enlighten us about the lava bread lava bread is a seaweed which is washed and boiled down and then minced into lava bread I’ll be honest I’ve never tasted laa bread I know okay I’ve never tasted lava bread so that be you actually Welsh still feeling positive it’s a popular dish we want to stick with being Welsh so that’s what we’re serving tonight and we got to use [ __ ] gloves cuz Matthew hasn’t got any Muses you wouldn’t want to go kissing anyone after having that the only thing I’m kissing after my starter is my main what’s a plumber’s favorite vegetable m not sure Le oh good Heavens he’ll add all his ingredients to cream tonight and serve on homemade melbour is toast Next Up dessert white chocolate t with raspberry [ __ ] it sounds nice sounds very nice white chocolate I’m very happy with this dessert very happy Nathan does his bit by breaking up chocolate under his brother-in-law’s Eagle Eye it’s chefing is easy man but he’s doing it blood wrong you know right I could be the best chocolate breaker in the world and he still criticizes me so Matthew melts the chocolate and adds whipped cream how’s it going Chef uh my arm’s uh going bit dead well he did say you didn’t have any muscles Nathan tops the biscuit base and leaves it to [Music] set finally the main homemade chili with rice tortilla chips and proper chips it doesn’t really marriage with the starter though you’ve got like a proper Welsh starter and then all of a sudden you go into like to Mexico with a chili and to T chips it sounds good I’m looking forward to the main Matthew chops peppers tomatoes and onions I know it’s an emotional business then calls in reinforcements Nathan got a job for you chili nor spicy it can be sometimes but hardly hardly you’ll be fine Nathan gives the past a taste that’s perfect for what we’re looking for I think it’s a winner it’s not too spicy so brne you be happy keep in M keep in mile keep Britney on side time for Nathan to receive instruction in the ancient of chili con Cary concoction come over here kid I’m going to learn you something you never know you might have to cook for 20 guys someday rugby team plus Subs see and they throw in some garlic which goes in with the meaty mixture and you bring it to the boil impressed Nathan ahuh ah that was wren a pay it bread comes in the paste and then we we put it into our sauce okay got it how’s it going math not too bad mate not too bad yeah good to go yeah that great cuz it’s [Music] showtime I stick to being the clown and not the juggler for the best I’d say my contribution to the Daily cooking is sprinkling The Parsley it’s not the same without that it’s good to go cockal in a lava bread bacon and garlic sauce on Mela toast with parsley on top and a Halal version for suin ash here we go ladies first oh thank you dig in and enjoy thank thank you as can see struggling there everything all right I’m going to be totally honest with you go on the bread and the SAU is is fine it’s lovely but I just I just can’t do caros when I seen it on the and I was about to [Laughter] cry that started didn’t work for me at all the cockos was a no no from the start sush I guess you’re going to say the same I avoided it all my life but it’s just not for me yeah no problem never tried lava bread by the way so I like that I think no problem cockos are quite hard they’re quite gritty so I can taste a bit of grit did you make the the Mela toast oh amazing I love that yeah a little bit disappointed that they chips oh thank yous [Laughter] I’m enjoying the whole thing I don’t normally eat up pubs so this is like yeah n thing that is comfort food for me so I’m really enjoying this guys thank you I like the fact you did it in the tortilla bowl I think it’s different and yeah it just creative yeah it compliments it very well actually cuz the chili was in it my base went really soggy yeah so I was just eating the crispy bits around yeah is it the best chili I tried no I thought it needed a bit more seasoning personally when we put it on the menu I wanted to name it after the pub and call it the Dilly conani I can guarantee you nobody would order that what do you mean by proper chips we’ve always just done fresh chips peel them cut them frame ourselves I’m really enjoy the chips they are really good the chips stunning don’t think that should have been the show stoer you know of the aain I I just chips of chips time for a guessing game Nathan’s beard is transplant fake Nathan has won ,000 in a golf competition or Nathan has webbed feet has what webbed feet I’m going to go by the golf I want the web feet I do I want to see proof of web feet okay she’s playing by herself um I’m milky bar it’s meant to taste like milky bar we didn’t use last nail then the Rasberry for me is a bit sharp I think it goes nice cuz it’s so sweet then you get that little bit of sour coming straight after yeah ain’t go be tough like the raspberry and it it goes well together and I’m having more the next good good jasine sorry I was keep T we got white chocolate didn’t we we really didy chocy taste like the chocolate yeah it was to a tea as you all know me and marthew were brother-in-laws um I did not that’s that’s her first time so anyway me and Matthew are brother-in-laws as you now know all right fellas where’s this going we spend 90% of our week together when we’re not in work we blow off steam what yeah I’m just thinking over my sister’s face when she’s watching this I have not laughed like that in so long they just had us laughing from the moment we got into the door my cheeks actually hurt I think we’ve got a chance of winning because everyone’s had a good night they enjoyed the main course on the desserts more than the St I think we’ve pulled it out the bag towards the end of the night the starter was tricky main course was lovely overall we’ve had a really good night and for that reason we gave Nathan and Matthew a 16 tonight we’re giving Matthew and Nathan a 14 and they’ve gone equal top with an even [Music] 30 tonight it’s Jazz and Britney’s turn to host a juniper place come here girl I’ve trained you well thank you let’s do this oh yes and after a night of fun at the dwin arms I think I’m still on a buzz from last night actually oh yeah definitely I have not laughed like that in a long time they’re ready to play their hand the menu that we’ put together is really showing what we’re capable of I am a Scorpio so come with a sting yikes first up the starter leak truffle and cheese wristle with Welsh rabbit sauce W up for that prop well she yeah W up for that something new something new sounds good what’s a rle then a normal rist hole is comn beef and potato and breadcrumbs but jazzes is Veggie with cheese and leak I do think leaks are an essential and hopefully we win the over with them she adds Mash grated cheese and truffle oil to the veg there’s a lot of cheese in is and there’s more to come she buries it in her potato patties if it’s not oozing I haven’t succeeded I think that’s good but need Britney’s opinion stunning yeah yeah they’re covered in breadcrumbs to be deep onto the main rump and breast of lamb with bonger potatoes sire and carrot and C puree it sounds very fancy it’s not what I was expecting to be honest with you it does sound Posh but can they deliver oh Jazz starts by marinating a rump a bit more hearty Welsh and ambitious I’ve gone far hopefully we can win them over balerie potatoes have I said that right not quite how are you feeling about my terine with the layers you can see the potatoes can’t you I’m thinking nice that triangle fingers so like nice little triangles you know that’s not a triangle triangle not triangle rectangle after cutting some shapes with her spuds she gets on with the carrot puree it really does complement the lamb so well just appealing to in Swansea we’re top team Britney and Jazz are hoping to Dish up a dazzling dinner Jazz I’m going to leave you to it good luck good luck we got this girl Jazz gets on with her rles while Brit works the front of house here whistles with a plum puree we are gents I can taste something really strong I don’t know if it’s mustard there’s a just just a tad of mustard yeah I like the whole melted cheese with the potatoes just the overpowering of the mustard course I think it was like the second bike just went okay yeah okay thank you the outside of the whistle is very crispy it’s very good the inside’s very soft um I’m undecided on this plum sauce I don’t know I’m not a plum fan so I like it all I love the rle and the rabbit as well if I at the same ending a little bit too cheesy for me with both of them but well thank you guys you guys going to hate me oh no I’m not a fan of mash it’s not Mash yeah it’s like the potatoes you know but other than that it’s really nice it’s a bit mixed wasn’t it it was mixed reviews yes I think it’s just come down to personal preference as well yeah no but they give it a good go and that’s all you can ask for so guys I’m actually really intrigued have you ever cooked for anyone famous we have have you yes who Craig Charles Martin Kemp who’s Craig Charles um Red Dwarf I just don’t from the Red Dwarf what’s that a band no I’ll be honest I haven’t heard of half of them if any Martin Kemp was on his standers and he’s was in the band gold uh try again is the band called gold no or was the song called gold yes you’re indr no you are gold that’s one singing it’s literally what you’re that one anyone else just um I thought he said Timber then Justin Timber like oh my God that’s what I heard TI is a is okay have you I have I actually cut for GF never in our restaurant yeah he came with his hat and everything just sat in the corner no we did yeah we had you in m in here didn’t we um we’ve had Marco Pier white we have had Marco Pierre White and I’ll admit I did F girl very impressed that she’s cooked for Marco Pierre White yeah hats off to her that cuz that must have been high pressure cook it for a Mitchell star Chef on with the main with the rump blazing Jazz has high hopes for the breast hopefully it just uh falls apart in their mouth like it usually does in M lamb seared yeah that’s a lovely medium potatoes baked and sire steamed they’re good to go my sire is on fire Jaz that’s really colorful thank you so much D done this dish a million times I’m feeling really confident and I hope that it goes down a treat main course done Welsh Lam and bonger potatoes sire and carrot and cardamon puree here we are J than thank you very much so tuck in hope you enjoy the lamb is a little bit tough for me but I am enjoying the carrot puree cuz I’m not a fan of carrots whereever it’s a texture of carrots I don’t like so it’s nice to taste of in this form the lamb look beautiful it did and I like the carrot the car cardamon swirl around the plate that look nice rump is a bit tough yeah that’s lovely that is everything else is lovely s I’m nervous I’ll be honest I actually love it I can’t say anything I I can’t say anything else than that y this is a bit tough but it it’s it is still nice I like this potato is a potato is it B I haven’t been able to say it all day bami just call it the potato the the potato thing look a bit funny to me it look like a slice of apple pie without the crust we tried our best you know what though I knew it was going to come up that it was a bit tough they loved everything else didn’t they the potatoes they loveed so many hours you get into your work I I do feel like it becomes your social life yeah you got to enjoy what you’re do you yeah go to work for me is a pleasure to be honest I don’t want everyone to feel like that in work do you think you’d open your own place one day is that’s what i’ love to open my place one day yeah would you take me with you place yeah definitely part time part time yeah part time okay so what’s the mood we’re excited now for to do on WE it’s the last it’s literally the last dish of the whole week so we have to leave that jazz bakes her fondant and bazzles her cherries for dessert oh Jazz I’m proud of us it’s good to go chocolate fondant with cherry Jin ice cream and white chocolate crumble with a glitzy cherry on top so we have a dark chocolate fondant um I hope you all enjoy thank you did you make the ice cream yourself I did it works the cake only thing is for me mine’s a bit dry by the ice cream and everything I apologize about that no it’s fine I can see everyone else is usually when you cut the fondant it goes out and oozes but no it seemed to have absorbed into the sponge I love the ice cream great um the cherries go really good with it um I like my phone really runny but it it was still good honestly The Taste was there it was like more like a mush inside but it tasted amazing I think the dessert was 50/50 our guests did say that the chocolate could have ran out some people added more of a ooing center than others gents thank you so much for coming to our evening and thank you thank you very much thanks Carrie hello what’s going on here a lot of CH the lady just out of nowhere just started singing really didn’t expect that you’re thinking what’s going on here she was a really good she s really good she got the crowd Ain got s tough but the raspberry and and it it goes well together and I’m having more the next good good Jasmine sorry I was keeping T we got white chocolate didn’t we we really did really got Whitey chocolatey taste like the chocolate yeah it was to a tea as you all know me and Matthew were brother-in-laws um I did not know that’s that’s the first time so anyway me and Matthew were brother-in-laws as you now know all right fellas where’s this going we spend 90% of a week together when we’re not in work we blow off steam what yeah I’m just thinking over my sister’s face when had a good night they enjoyed the main course on the desserts more than the start there I think we’ve pulled it out the bag towards the end of the night the starter was tricky main course was lovely overall we’ve had a really good night and for that reason we gave naan and Matthew a 16 tonight we’re giving Matthew and Nathan a 14 and they’ve gone equal top with an even 30 [Music] tonight it’s Jazz and Britney’s turn to host a juniper place come here girl I’ve trained you well thank you let’s do this oh yes and after a night of fun at the dwin arms I think I’m still on a buzz from last night actually oh yeah definitely I have not laughed like that in a long time they’re ready to play their hand the menu that we’ put together is really showing what we’re capable of I am a Scorpio so I come with a sting yikes first up the starter leak truffle and cheese wristle with Welsh rabbit sauce well up for that prop well she yeah W up for that something new something new sounds good what’s a rist hole then a normal rist hole is com beef and potato and breadcrumbs but jazzes is Veggie with cheese and leak I do think leaks are an essential and hopefully we win the over with them she adds Mash grated cheese and truffle oil to the veg there’s a lot of cheese in is it and there’s more to come she buries it in her potato patties if it’s not oozing I haven’t succeeded I think that’s good but I need Britney’s opinion it’s stunning yeah yeah they’re covered in breadcrumbs to be deep onto the main rump and breast of lamb with bonger potatoes sfire and carrot and cardan puree it sounds very fancy it’s not what I was expecting to be honest with you it does sound Posh but can they deliver oh Jazz starts by marinating a rump a bit more hearty wel and ambitious I’ve gone far hopefully we can win them over balerie potatoes have I said that right not quite how are you feeling about my terine with the layers you can see the potatoes can’t you I’m thinking nice little triangle fingers finishing touches and there it is cheese and truffle whistles with a plum puree we are gents I can taste something really strong I don’t know if it’s mustard there’s a just just a tad of mustard yeah I like the whole melted cheese with the potatoes just the overpowering of the mustard course I think it was like the second bike just went okay yeah okay thank you the outside of the whistle is very crispy it’s very good the inside’s very soft um I’m undecided on this plum sauce I don’t know I’m not a plum fan so I like it all I love the rle and the rabbit as well if I at the same a little bit too cheesy for me with both of them but well thank you guys you guys going to hate me I’m not a fan of mash it’s not Mash yeah it’s like the potatoes you know but other than that it’s really nice it’s we have had Marco Pierre White and I’ll admit I did Fang girl very impressed that she’s cook for Michael Pier white yeah hats off to her that cuz that must have been high pressure cooking for a Mitchell star Chef on with the main with the rump blazing Jazz has high hopes for the breast hopefully it just uh falls apart in their mouth like it usually does in M lamb seared yeah that’s a lovely medium potatoes baked and sire steamed they’re good to go my sire is on fire Jaz that’s really colorful thank you so much do done this dish a million times I’m feeling really confident and I hope that it goes down a treat main course done Welsh lamb and bonger potatoes sire and carrot and cardamon puree here we are J thank you very much so tuck in hope you enjoy the lamb is a little bit tough for me but I am enjoying the carrot puree cuz I’m not a fan of carrots where it’s a texture of carrots I don’t like so it’s nice to taste of in this form the lamb looked beautiful it did and I like the carrot the car Cardman swirl around the place that look nice rump is a bit tough yeah that’s lovely that is everything else is lovely s I’m nervous I’ll be honest I actually love it oh I can’t say anything I can’t say anything else than that Yep this is a bit tough but it it’s it is still nice I like this potato is a potato is it I haven’t been able to say it all brsh Bram just call it the potato the the potato thing look a bit funny to me you look like a slice of apple pie without the crust we tried our best you know what though I knew it was going to come up that it was a bit tough they loved everything else didn’t they the potatoes they loved sh so many hours you get into your work I I do feel like it becomes your social life yeah you got to enjoy what you do you got to yeah going to work for me is a pleasure to be honest I don’t want everyone to feel like that in work do you think you’d open your own place one day is that something i’ love to open my place one day yeah yeah would you take me with you yeah I would I would yeah definitely part time part time yeah part time okay so what’s the mood we’re excited now for dessert and we it’s the last it’s literally the last dish of the whole week so we have to why put it like that jazz bakes her fondant and bazzles her cherries for dessert oh Jazz I’m proud of us it’s good to go chocolate fondant with cherry Jin ice cream and white chocolate crumble with a glitzy cherry on top so we have a dark chocolate fondant um I hope you all enjoy thank you did you make the ice cream yourself I did it works the cake only thing is for me mine’s a bit dry by the ice cream and everything I apologize about that no it’s fine I can see everyone else is usually when you cut the fondant it goes out and oozes but no it seemed to have absorbed into the sponge I love the ice cream great um the cherries go really good with it um I like my phone really runny but it it it was still good honestly The Taste was there it was like more like a mush inside but it tasted amazing I think the dessert was 50/50 our guests did say that the chocolate could have ran out some people add a more of a ooing center than others gents thank     1. The girls marked a little low and brought in outside help. A little cheap on their part, but overall I did enjoy the overall tie. The ladies weren't that bad and the whole trio was tons of fun!
