the general trading terms and conditions blah blah blah bylaws basically bylaws apply as soon as you enter peel ports group land that one’s empty as well doesn’t have the seil on the back but this place will have been filmed many many many times before so they’re certainly not going to overreact here are they so we’ll just get a little bit closer we’ll read some of the signage and we’ll go from there exactly the same sign as we’ve just seen and then the signage on the gate well of course we’re being recorded of course and of course there are requirements to do with health and safety so that goes without saying they’ve even got their own electric vehicles here look pel ports group all electric plenty of the 20 foot shipping containers in the distance plenty of the 40ts as well or what you already know certain restricted areas people can’t get access to but this bit here where I’m intending to go I will be going down some way or the other firstly with the Drone that’s the barrier but request to film a place have you now if you want the request to come from the the company itself the building itself then I’ll get that but at the moment the request has come from I I don’t think I asking them if they want a copy of the video and if they do they’ll be like yeah please go ahead so you want to go and take a video and then try and give it to them basically people nowadays are not objecting to my work once they see it once they see it’s me hold on once they see it’s me they’re glad I’ve chosen them and they want a copy of the video and they know it’s going to be great publicity for their company so they welcome the publicity that I give them so I’m here to do the video of My Chosen subject once they find out that the video is commencing they will welcome it will so you’re business my intention is to do a lawful business it’s a video that they don’t they have not got to pay for but if they want involvement in it they will be glad I came right okay that’s my intention also under the bylaws was section 32 you can’t put you can’t video on the port without permission without Authority for a land owner I will be on their land on their plot no I willit over there the landowner they all pay rent to the landowner so the landowner don’t decide who that business does business with they’re doing business with me when when they get someone who’s videoing or using a drone around they ask permission to do so well my Approach is slightly different same as a cold caller okay well I’ve advise you do you know a charity do you know a charity you know the air ambulance if they want to Rally up some support of these businesses around here and they want to approach they want to walk through that gate they want to say right then do you currently support the air bylaws ready to quote but how about be practical about things and be reasonable and you’re denying all these little companies on here the chance to be featured on a video aren you so let’s have a look at this gate it looks like it is closed it’s got an inner gate to it yeah okay so access is restricted in that case you can’t just go on Mr policeman is still in the gate house so it’s at this point where we’re going to get David up and we’re going to see what this place looks like from above so as always we’ve checked on drone assist there are no flight restrictions in the area at all got another unit come now with a van you won’t be needing that home Point updated so Port of Liverpool the main entrance and that other police vehicle that drove straight Byers quite rightly so but the first one is still down there and he still keeping a close eye on us isn’t he inside so we’re going to need to get maximum height on this one get as high as we can 120 M there we go and that is a stack of containers isn’t it look at that pyramid goes all the way back there oh we’ve got another unit another police unit arriving possibly the sergeant it’s called for backup he said that he’s going to get in somebody’s Lorry and he’s going to film the port so what you’re not making a big deal of it of all the dash cams are you so why you making a big deal out of it when I want to do it so I do suspect they will come over shortly but for now let going have a little lock shall we but not too far not too far look a little bit different what make of them JCB teley handlers I think it might be Sergeant over there looking for the Drone it’s over there mate it’s not where you’re looking it’ll probably come over come and tell me where the Drone is point to it right now should we show him should we show him the Drone just in case you can’t see it it’s just a s directly above your head there you go look surely you can see it now yeah you’re seeing it he seeing it now look he’s happy now he’s got an eyeball on the Drone yeah it makes a bit of a mockery of their way of thinking you’re not allowed to film and we’ll do everything we can to stop you from filming but take the drone over that’s fine with a camera film what you want I think it’s more of a case of you cannot go on you as a person because we don’t know what your true intentions are you could have Criminal Intent and we can’t 100% guarantee that some further checks there but all the vehicles and they could potentially queue all the way around this Bend from the entrance where we’re standing right now just over there but I can’t go too far the wind is a little bit too strong PL PL of rain drivers as well down there being stored but yeah that’s it peel ports group the port of Liverpool from left to right Point proven and I don’t think if we get in one of these vehicles I’m sure the police are going to have something to say about that and it might disrupt the movements of that vehicle going forward on site promote the ports of Liverpool as Leading The Way with photography as long as crime isn’t happening then everybody’s happy anyway I’m rambling I’m going to hide a key ring but not around here cuz you’re just not allowed to do anything criminal on there or against the bylaws and will a company want you to film them and put them on YouTube maybe let’s speak to them first and find out without you
