me has a converted Barn Stables all set in around 3 acres there’s a lot to see so come with [Music] [Laughter] [Music] me the interior design of this home is exactly to my taste we came in through an entrance hall with Limestone flooring but I was dying to show you this open plan kitchen space first it’s the most perfect entertaining kitchen that I’ve seen in a long time so sleek and modern in this shade of gray but then with these traditional beans overhead matching the cottage theme this kitchen is bespoke and handmade and has these solid granite worktops and as expected an abund abundance of high specification appliances including the quicker hot tap and a falcon range electric cooker there is access to the Garden via the utility room just off the kitchen a great space for if you have dogs bringing them in from a muddy Countryside walk getting them cleaned off in there although there is also a separate bootroom outside with a WC and sink this dining area offers separation between the kitchen and the impressive orangery and I love how neutral this space has been kept to offer that separation between the two [Music] spaces now I simply love this orangery I love the styling all of the greens and the neutral Decor really complimenting the countryside outside we’ve got a Ved Lantern window above us and a triple aspect with two sets of Georgian style doors well welcoming you out to the patio for entertaining in the summer months this house really was built for sociable Gatherings now we’ll explore outside a little bit later but first let’s head on through to the New Forest and I can even see a couple of horses out there Grazing In the paddocks at the moment now while the main feature of this suite for me is the cat I think everyone else would probably be more interested in the very well-presented on suweet with villoy and Bosch bath and a walk-in [Music] shower this second bedroom similarly to the principal and all of the rooms up on the first floor has those gorgeous Countryside views again it also has an onsuite shower room now there are two more bedrooms both of which would use the family bathroom on this floor all of the bathrooms and shower attention to detail in this family home it’s modern and Sleek but sympathetic to the area too you feel like you’re in a traditional Farmhouse but with all of the modern conveniences and energy
