In this video Kara & I are riding at Twisted Oaks Bike Park which is one of the fastest growing bike parks in the UK offering a whole host of MTB trails and jumps suitable for all abilities.

Twist and Turn wow youve done a whipper oh my God you’re going so quick did you see that yeah today we’ve got perfect Sunshine we’re out at the bike park and we’re on our ebikes which means that the day can’t really get that much better it’s a Friday afternoon we’re at Twisted Oaks bike park and we’re going to shred some Trails not only have we got the weather and we’ve also got the trails but it’s Friday which means that the Grand Prix is on this weekend and I’m sat here at the moment watching The Practice in the back of the van we’ve come over to the jeel track and I’m going to get a her start go go go go I’ll give you to that corner she’s there look how dry and Dusty it is it’s going to be so quick let’s drop in now she’s not as slow as you might think actually uhoh yes it’s running so quick yeah KJ it’s so dry I’m going to wash out when I turn they having the time of their lives oh my God that’s so good that track isn’t it yeah that’s actually such a good little warm-up one I think we should hit something bit naria now here we go then into the badger line but I’m going to go here and transfer across spices up a little bit there at the beginning he running honestly so quick here y nice all right we’re following Cara then through rat traps it’s a smaller version of what I just did but it’s actually more technical because the jumps Twist and Turn W you done a whipper oh my God sorry you’re going so quick did you see that yeah oh my God all right let’s do it again [Music] yes there we go oh y launching it oh my God nice KJ you look out of control today do you feel out of control my foot wasn’t even on the whole way down and I jumping thinking please don’t come off oh my God we’ve now made our way over two rum Trails as this is one of my absolute favorite Trails ever because the jumps are fun it’s got some shark fins and I just like where it is on the hill because you can just lap it so quick on the ebike and that is exactly what we’re about to do dropping in then rum trousers starts with like this little double gets stey then it gets a bit sharpy and twisty here then you can like cut this corner yeah nice nice and no breaks that’s so good that trail is something else is so sick and you just like Cruise back up for another one next Cara this is the line that’s been catching me out I can do the top section apart from one shark fin but then I can do the bottom section if I join it from halfway Tom’s going to follow me for the top section I’m going to pull to the side and let him overtake me here we go then kg yo you’re flying over that then this is the jump she can’t do she can do this one and the bottom bit just that one shark fin we made our way over now to sley and steezy which is actually next to where Sam slope line starts it’s still shut at the moment I’ve ridden bits of it it’s so good I can’t wait for that full line to be open but for now we’re going to get back on the ebike and hit steezy here we go yeah buddy right it’s a little bit windy over there so we’re going to try ride the dirt jump see if they’re any better you want to show me the table line yes I got done yet it’s perfect cuz there’s actually gaps next to it here so car is on the tables I’m I’m on the gaps everyone’s a winner yo nice that’s good because you got the gaps and the tables haven’t you yeah you yeah so in theory you should be able to do the gaps if you can do the tables it’s not always that easy though is it we’re in again but this time we’re going to hit the slightly bigger option which transfers off there then you can hit the dirt jump here yo that’s good air time on that one yes and a knack knack to finish and a bit of Roost and KJ even up for more cuz you can’t get enough of it we’ve come up to the two new lines here it’s a bit windy though which is a bit scary for the big one so I’m going to do the red and see what the wind situation is here we go then 23 Jump Street I’ve never seen it so dry this was built just before winter luckily cuz it’s sand it works so good all year round but I’ve never seen it bone dry like this crank flip haven’t done them one of them for ages I’m going to have to break into this yeah yo nice yeah we’re battling quite a side wind today which is a bit annoying because since the black Line’s been there I’ve only ever ridden it a handful of times and every time it’s either been really slow or pretty difficult conditions With the Wind so it’s actually on my list the videos to come back and do a proper session on it because I haven’t had the privilege yet and with weather like this if I pick the right moment I think we could have a bang a session get some tricks out on that line the Epic day continues we decided to leave Twisted Oaks because it was actually quite windy there and on the way home I could go and pick up some new merch which will be available to you guys very soon it’s perfect the long evenings so nice we’re just reaching golden hour my camera broke once we arrived so we’re filming this on the phone which is not good because that is going to be expensive right now now after the ride we’ve had this afternoon and the conditions we have right now nothing is going to ruin the excitement which I have here at the skate park so we’re going to start behind me on the quarter Pike with a little warm up doing a few tricks there we go then all warmed up firing on all cylinders this park is actually so small and to look at you’d probably think it’s rubbish why would you ever want to ride there but I’ve been coming in for years and I’m surprised that I keep finding new things to do even after like 15 years of riding this tiny skate park which has you can count all the ramps on one hand I’m going to do a little line three to spine flare foot jam whip I’ve had a change of plan I’m actually going to do a slightly longer line which includes a flip a Mini flip on this tiny jump box summer it’s actually only spring but it feels like summer what a [Music] line the sun’s coming down on what has been a perfect day and I want to end this one with a banger actually it will be riding off into the sunset because what my plan is is to jump out the skate park using the Box take off here so you can take off on that corner travel across this pretty large and scary Gap over the solid metal fence that if you case it it won’t move but your collar bones and teeth would land on the grass and then hopefully ride off into the sunset it’s always scary that because there’s just always that thought of like if and that is a perfect end to what has been the most insane days riding I’m so stoked the weather’s good we’re at home riding the local Trails the local skate parks which honestly for most the winter even if they’re riding they’re not riding half as
