I think I saw this numberplate again last week (May 2024), I remember thinking it maybe means Gustav? Didn’t notice anything about the driving, and didn’t remember catching it in 2023.
You can report road crime online here in London: https://www.met.police.uk/ro/report/rti/rti-a/report-a-road-traffic-incident/
In the rest of the UK you can use the NextBase Portal to find your local force submission portal:

Excellent work yet again Mikey 👍🏻🚲✊🏻
Another totally avoidable expensive life choice 😮
Cycling in London looks horrendous.
I'll stick to flying down rocky mountain trails thanks
After 2 minutes in, if anything comes up from his right side he would not be able to see it coming – too busy begging his case of phone use.
Seen a guy recently on the opposite side of the road, he was either on the phone or distracted/not looking straight, he hit the central island, took down a light pole, scraped his entire side and destroyed 2 wheels and tyres. Reckon his car is a write off, because he did at the very least £5-6k worth of damage on it.
I reckon it should have been 6 for phone use and 3 for driving without due care and attention. Anyone who thinks they're in appropriate control of a vehicle while driving forward looking sideways the entire time needs their marbles checking. Suspect they just don't give a damn about anyone other than themselves.
Here's another sadwup, with his phone down in his lap
Flicking through some social stuff and reading general crap
Attention to the phone, it just destroys his road awareness
He’ll hit someone, then say “I never saw them”
He’s a menace!
his face… same look a small child gives when you take sweets away
If he wasn’t doing anything wrong, as he claimed, then there’s nothing for him to talk to you about, and there’s nothing for him to worry about, because he won’t receive a NIP. If he does receive an NIP, then he can console himself with the fact that it was someone else’s fault, because he knows he wasn’t doing anything wrong.
Heard you on BBC 2.
Another example of the need to channel you anger and aggression into concentrating on driving. Leave the mobile phone alone||| bell!!! 🙄🙄🙄
I think chatting to the driver of the mini whilst driving is dangerous, he doesn't have full attention on the road. You are distracting him, which is equally dangerous. Just report it.
If drivers don't think they're doing anything wrong using a mobile while stopped in traffic or at the lights, why try to hide the fact that they're using a mobile!.
excellent video. I would like to follow other cyclist who do this in the UK. Would you post a list of who else to follow?
Dropped the phone like a hot spud and then screaming "you did not catch me."
He knows the rules and banged to rights.
Pantomime act "Oh no I wasn't".
He sure was using a phone.
Lovely weather to catch a phone driver.
He certainly wasn't happy knowing that you caught him breaking the law.
Can you make money by telling driver that you won't report for say 100 pounds
Hello mikey! I'm still here!! Your doing excellent work still. Keep up the good work in making road users aware of the dangers of bad driving. I watch every video, amazing how they just drop the phone and whine because they've been caught. I really dont get the mentality of driving whilst distracted. Excellent work.
Another one bites the dust…
You should have stopped behind him at the traffic lights so you're not level or just don't look at him and don't engage in conversation
But you have to tell them two things are going to happen
Wasn't paying attention to the road while talking with Mike, so should have been charged with that as well
He drove while looking at you, for an awfully long time. He needs taking off the road.
Your too polite Mickey,
Good work Mikey
The phone addiction is massive . It’s ruining relationships and people’s lives . Anyone out there who’s looking for a career get into therapy treating people with this addiction . It’s going to be , or is bigger than any other addiction out there
Mikey can you recommend a good mobile phone 😂😂
Thank you
