Edinburgh vlog: cycling to see wild swimmers, knitting scrunchie and making matcha

Last week, amidst yet another rainy spell in Edinburgh, I found myself confined indoors, with my only outdoor ventures being the walks to the office and the gym. But on Friday, as soon as work ended, I said enough and hopped onto my bike. Pedalling through the damp streets, I made my way to Wardie Beach just in time to witness a breathtaking sunrise. The sky was painted with vibrant colours and I adventurous wild swimmers started to gather along the shore.

This spontaneous outing reminded me of the joy of embracing the unpredictability of the weather and exploring the outdoors. I highly recommend these impromptu adventures because, as my experience showed, the weather can always surprise us with moments of unexpected beauty.
