all right guys what po we’re just covering a story today I’m a freelance journalist all right we’re just covering a story today about the 50 um Afghanistan migrants that hello everyone welcome to another one with W in Lancashire so today we have pulled up at merer Duncan Hall hotel and spy immigration Hotel I’m out today with a one and only orbit audits so here at this hotel back in 2021 couple of years back 50 migrants was sent to this hotel they was welcomed the migrants were from Afghanistan so 50 Afghanistan migrants was welcomed into this hotel so we’re going to go on have a look around and see if any staff members come out and we’re going to ask them a few questions about the immigrants that stay here and if they house homeless people or families in need so yeah it’s quite a fancy site as well not just that I was looking to how to book and to book the room and the cheapest room at this place is5 plus so that’s going upwards you can get it for 995 if you’re a member if you’re not a member and then it’s £1 plus so imagine 50 Afghanistan immigrants refugees whatever you want to call them was welcomed here and at the tax payers expense of £105 that’s plus cuz they ain’t be 50 single rooms here you know so that’s £5 plus each person each night to stay in this hotel so we’re going to go and have a look around it anyway guys there’s the car park um and the nice hotel there and Spa it’s got a nice swimming pool inside here as well all expense paid for by the taxpayer look got a reception there as you can see additional car park the Pendle suit the to suit Leisure club and deliveries 50 immigrants from Afghanistan night I’m going to stick my bike here stick the bike there whilst we have a look around look at the um Green Space over here as well look how nice it looks all these people paying £100 not pound plus to stay in this hotel and I guarantee they wouldn’t let no homeless person or even a family in need stay here but look at it guys it’s like a little castle kind of layout with the um roof bits look at that little towers everything even got a little sheep statue there look at that it’s got a CT of arms usually um a flag there but there’s nothing there that’s usually repping the Union Jack but no nothing it’s got a cart of arms there as you can see one take a walk around like the merer the Pendle suit and the tow suit that look at it guys absolute stunning Building look at that CT of arms up there like like a founding Stone that’s nice as that guys [Music] smoking little smoking in there nice little seats to chill outside and admire the view all the way around very loc dining room which is absolutely massive fancy look at that surrounded by Countryside hidden away look at that guys look at it it would have been living luxury absolute luxury it’s like a mini castle spiral staircase oh I’m loving that that is nice staircase wow I’d love to stay here for free SM him in at the back that’s as far as we’re going to get on this side gold chairs in there some kind of water leak going on there though need to fix the pipe so we’re just going to stick to the path around we’re not going to walk on we not going to walk on the greenery or anything like that over at grass fire exit look at that tell me that isn’t nice guys two towers on that it’s like a little mini castle we seen The Two Towers up there it’s like a little mini Castle living the life of luxury probably why it’s so expensive so yeah we St a walk around today guys um we’re just seeing if somebody’s comes out look Lancer police warning CCTV and other security measures may be used in this area offenders will be prosecuted well we’re not here to offend we’re here to film there’s the reception bit Mercy that Association so yeah we just go all have a nice scale around the building see what’s around this side it is all right guys hello yeah not too bad just having to look outside that’s nice boy there as well oh what they’re fancy aren’t they the time these edges yeah they are fancy them basic B&B it this place noard just the layout it reminds me of a m castle Yeah like a big massive St home is it yeah look at all little lead mirandas yeah they look like them don’t they yeah rooms like Circle windows on them ones as well nice little water fountain it’s nice water F that is just no water in it H this way in parking for the staff only so we going to delivery beer barels you go he gas canisters as well yes is it’s a nice building this is it yeah just covering the hotel that’s all having a having a look around hotel we don’t care it working no it’s p yeah looks like qu being left to this one well we’re not doing no arm so why not leave us to it don’t know if you can get around here it’s going to be a dead end like all the old lights on them though even got a gym there got rep might going to re might go to reception yeah there you go don’t watch out not to pointed out then though M being off bloody naked obviously it’s a swimming pool on that but you know what I mean no no I I know that you’re L but it’s just I don’t know you know what I mean it’s Spar as well plenty of seating plenty seating areas massive location as well nice that one same better on it got a black Bel yeah so I think that’s reception anywhere though just have a little look inside since it’s got a reception the building for I think yeah it is be like a gallery or Museum it be better yeah this is going to be the reception have a look anyway stained glass windows I like them I like I like pointing them fting fold W together think other way to probably go to Banks or to TV owners hopefully I can turn District Round Table get know man that’s unusual I don’t that’s going to be the reception or not not too sure yeah know just come to have a look outside look we’ve already had a look outside want to have a look at here okay what is it you want to have a look is it reception this yeah yeah still have a look at the building it’s a nice about it paron what was it you want to know about it was your ear when they were there when when they was here uh I’ve worked here for a number of years yeah no we just like to know um if it was hom male or if it was families or if it was mixed we couldn’t discuss regardless of who we have staying here about any information you know it’s against GDP yeah that’s understand you know but um yeah regardless of who stay here stay here stay here no that’s that’s totally understandable like if I wish to stay in then you pass in my information I I totally get that totally get that but I said we were just covering the site we’re not here for no no bad intentions anything like that we’ve walked around I looked around I’m one one of the guys I think it’s the one in the ballroom we spoke to him he said yeah it’s not a problem just watch to a couple of people say it’s not a problem not causing any I can’t ask to dis anyone um no we’re not going to we’re not going to we covered the side anyway we just we just wanted to ask a few questions and then we’re going to be making our way anyway yeah but you we won’t be telling you anything allow to anyway I say it was a few back anyway a few years back do you do is there any staying now or anything is anybody staying now or anything but um no can’t I can’t tell about anything not even just a little hint sorry I tried you got L to try I can’t stop you from looking outside inside looking looking reception to see got a reservation or anything um any sort of meetings noise noise but yeah see myself it’s just a normal day for us here you know no chap yeah that’s fine that’s fine fantastic no no it is a really nice hotel you know what I mean it’s like a mini castle information we didn’t want didn’t want to um try and antagonize more trying um start a situation or anything like that said we just come to cover as freelance journalists as ask a few questions he disclosed basically that he couldn’t disclose much but obviously it basically stated that yeah they did stay here but when I asked if um any more was staying here it didn’t it couldn’t say you know so you never know like I said there were 50 there were 50 of them in this um hotel and there was put up here 50 Afghanistan refugees or immigrants whatever you want to call them it was welcomed here into 2021 but I bet they wouldn’t let homeless people or uh family in need stay here you know for the taxpayer’s money to pay1 OD pound every single day per person is quite um ridiculous for a beautiful building like this um beautiful location um I think it’s a bit scandalous really how how we’ve got to pay for them to stay in beautiful hotels like this you know mean realistically they should be on the BGE you know or wherever wherever they put them but they should I’m going to I’m going to cut that bit I’m going to cut that bit sorry might have to cut that that way yeah so yeah guys we’re going to call it a wrap on this one um had a nice little interaction with one of the staff members it was really PL and pleasant to be honest obviously I couldn’t give no information due to gdpr reasons which is understandable like I said to him while I was staying there and to give my information out I wouldn’t really want him to do that neither so it’s fair play to the guy he didn’t really disclose much there’s no security here kicking us off and he even said he can’t stop us from filming because it did stay at the beginning and on signs that it’s private car park but placees open to the public publicly accessible and not just that when looking on the Google van the Google van comes right up here on to the car park anyway guys you know so yeah we never got asked to leave or anything like that hey orbit 5 O 5 orbit please please will come in and they did one look the the police are there at the side of the road the carry on the carry on going they must have spun round I thought they were coming in I thought they were coming in for us but yeah they’ve carried on going so yeah guys I thought the police was going to be coming in then like you seen him at the beginning coming in so yeah so me and orbit is literally just come out of the old immigration hotel and we’ve just come across the C C TV van look at that guys he’s doing one he’s doing one that was the quickest one ever look at that he knows he know he knows we’re coming for him come to park up here and he’s doing one already that was the quickest that was the quickest um action ever me to do one yeah we’re going to go and do that um security but he’s ended up doing one off
