The I.O.W clip was needless, the woman pulled out way ahead of the cammer approaching, so much so that the cammer didn’t seem to slow down or make any adjustments for her.
As for the woman herself, chasing people down is a dangerous game, doesn’t take much for things to escalate badly, she obviously should have just got on with whatever she was due to be doing when the cammer beeped at her.

1:42 Yes the Volvo is mainly at fault, it should have stopped and seen the blue car but the blue car entered that roundabout way too fast. If they'd slowed as they approached the roundabout this accident would never have happened. Both drivers need to do a LOT better.
