I’m a primary school teacher and I qualified with PE as my specialism so when I go into schools and I teach them PE or I observe PE being taught you’ll see that a lot of people that have disabilities often are watching or have like a coaching role and I think that is something that we need to change in schools just generally it’s just Wheelchair Sports par Olympic sports making it more welln so showing it in schools or having people come in to talk about it just make it a more normal thing to talk about rather than just disability thing that no one understands I don’t think there’s enough people that are educated in disability Sport and inclusion to be able to improve it yet I think first of all we need to educate teachers and help them to understand it to teach the children before we expect it to change I think it would be good if the curriculum could have some sort of disbled sport Focus once a term or once a year even where they just did a par Olympic sport for a couple of sessions just so that children don’t see it as this abnormal thing and when they see the par Olympics they just don’t understand it it would just become normal to them which I think is what it needs to be
